Took my son here as soon as he turned 4 for his beginner lessons. He was very unsure of getting in and the manager offered us a free session to get him used to it! So we thought fantastic!!

A few sessions later whilst watching from the viewing area our son slips in the pool and goes under water. The teacher was taking another child across and the lifeguard who was supposed to be watching our child didn't see. I was able to go from the viewing area threw the ladies changing rooms and get to my son before she even noticed.

Another little boy in the pool picked him up out the water, I took my son out the pool as he was terrified. And the life guard was very apologetic but we lost complete faith in the place. They either need to train their lifeguards to actually pay attention of have more of them around..

Bare in mind the life guard was stood right at the exit of the ladies changing rooms Infront of the class where my son was.

We have now paid more for private lessons elsewhere as we no longer trust the lifeguards or how this particular centre operates

Disabled shower room is very warm and drain blocked so water went under door and into corridor.
