Buzz were absolutely invaluable to my community when we came together to form a 'Friends of Group' for our local park in Levenshulme. We were assigned a Neighbourhood Health Worker called Noah and he was incredibly helpful and always on hand to help us navigate issues like becoming constituted, accessing public liability insurance and helping us with funding bids. We are now fully constituted and a number of funding bids have been successful - Noah and the Buzz team were a big part in making this happen. Chapel Street Park has gone from being an unloved park to an an exciting place with an even more exciting future. The support we received from Buzz will go a huge way in making our community more resilient in the future and I'm sure we'll be working together for many years to come. Dan Sims, Secretary, Friends of Chapel Street Park.

Buzz Manchester have been an enormous support to Debdale Bowling and Social Club. We have achieved numerous projects which would not have been possible without the guidance and financial support they have given us. The whole community has benefited from this I am constantly contacting them for advise and support and their response is always positive and helpful. They have helped me set up indoor bowling group of thirty people to improve the health and wellbeing of the local community and finances the project. They have helped Debdale Diggers with a huge project in Debdale Park, which whole community has benefited. They have supported the new walking club by advertising our project and given us a grant to help us set it up.

Our contact with Buzz through Noah Mellor, the Buzz Neigbourhood Mental Health Worker has been an extremely productive, collaborative experience. Noah came to visit the Bee Sanctuary on Highfield Local Nature Reserve(M19 2WJ) in the late summerof 2020. Noah was keen to work together, as we both acknowledged the huge importance of the natural world to mental health, and the possibilities of greening Levenshulme. Since then, together we have helped to set up the 'Friends of Chapel Street Park', and get a new project off the ground to turn the 'old bowling green' into a growers paradise and a Bee Sanctuary. We look forward to continuing our collaboration. Together we are stronger!
