My Auntie Nora was a resident here, although quite a few years ago. She seemed happy and well cared for while she was at Burley Hall as she'd been quite unhappy at a previous home. Nora was my favorite Auntie and was one of the loveliest people that you could ever have met. She always had a great sense of humour and would enjoy a laugh and friendly banter with anyone. This care home showed her kindness and treat her with the respect and dignity that she deserved. It is a great comfort to know that there are some good care homes out there that successfully provide the love and support to vulnerable people which their family members may fail to give them. My mum in law was recently in Burley Hall until she passed away today. I cannot thank all the staff enough for their excellent care. Not enough words to say how impressed me and my husband were. Everyone of the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was cared for physically and emotionally. She was always clean, hair and nails immaculate which is very important.Not only that but they also cared for the family . Communication was excellent and they always allowed us time to talk and ask any questions. We felt we vould visit or phone any time of day or night. . The home itself was so very clean and tidy and staff very friendly and welcoming. Thankyou all for everything you did . You are stars and deserve a medal. Xxx

Failed to follow basic sanitary procedures. HR need to step in here as i overheard management trying to fire people on sick. Kept getting tablets wrong, when i questioned it it was the manager doing the tablets who wasnt qualified.
