I recently visited BUPA Reading for a health check-up sponsored by my company, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. The comprehensive check-up provided valuable insights into my health, offering great learning about maintaining wellness. I highly recommend scheduling an annual visit, especially for those hitting 40. It’s a proactive step towards a healthier future.

Professional - yes, friendly - this is an opportunity. Prepare to wait once you get there but if you’re late you will be charged for missing your appointment - 15 mins wait for the first appointment of the day. Centre looks clean, has a nice kitchenette and doesn’t seem too busy.

Diabolical service, spent £1000's of pounds only to be be told 'sorry we can't do the service you require' I will have to refer you to a specialist! Bupa ARE dentists, what on earth do they mean! Possibly taking my money then referring me to someone else who they know are far superior in dentistry than they are....says it all!

After several days (and nights) of hell, due to loss of hearing, l managed to get an urgent appointment at very short notice. I was very happy with my treatment by James, who gave me back my hearing. I was very well looked after by him and the staff at Bupa. Thanks everyone. Would be happy to recommend you.

Roma is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Her and Katy were so patient and kind with me today as I had a wisdom tooth extraction. They kept me distracted, made me laugh, and patiently waited whilst I set my phone/headphones up. I was a total bag of nerves, but they made me feel SO at ease during the whole process. Thank you both so much!

I booked an appointment for health assessment in Reading at 1:30 today, but when I arrived they told me the appointment has been cancelled. I request the compensation for my travel time, parking and no work cost. They definitely can call me between 12:30-1:30 When I’m on the way. Or send more emails and texts to me before I arrived make sure I been informed but she did not want to. Anna did not want to make sure I been informed. I’m really unsatisfied.

She Always pass the buck and responsibilities. Just coped with work, save her own’s time to cause clients’s loss. She thinks she did not need to make sure I been informed. Never solve the problem. Please solve the problem for me. I need your company and Anna apologise for her getting of responsibility. Please compensate to me. And get back to me ASAP. I traveled from Surrey to Reading and return. It took me 1 hour 30 mins. I left work for whole afternoon because of she did not contracted me by the right way - email or text and did not call me between 12:30-13:30 when I’m driving. I requested but she did not want to. She was lazy and unable to solve issues. She did not have strain capacity, waste me 20 mins for arguing and getting of responsibility and refused to make sure I been informed. I requested your company punish her.

The GP I saw today was so helpful and kind and explained why I have the different symptoms that I do. With an infection I wasn't able to wait the 2 weeks it would have taken to see my GP, well worth the money to get seen and get the prescription sooner. Reception was very helpful and friendly and well.

I highly recommend Bupa Health and Dental Centre - Reading! The care and services you receive here are absolutely outstanding. Special thanks to Dr. Aravind Sampath whose work results have been amazing every single time he treated me over the past 4+ years. I was very nervous and sceptical at the beginning, when I first registered with Bupa Dental, because, before registering with this clinic, I was treated by a different dentist from the Reading University Health Centre who left me psychologically traumatised, since every appointment I had there was just like some scene from horror movies. That being said, all my concerns were quickly dissolved from my very first appointment with Dr. Aravind Sampath from Bupa Health and Dental Centre - Reading. The care and services I received here have been and remained excellent throughout the many years that I've been their patient. Their work is truly amazing! Dr. Aravind Sampath is very gentle and put me at ease within moments. And just to give you an example: I've had 2 wisdom teeth extracted recently under local anaesthetic during a couple of pain-free and stress-free appointments with Dr. Aravind Sampath and his assistant. It all happened super quick and I didn't feel any pain whatsoever, I didn't need to take any painkillers, not even one tablet! So, if you are a nervous patient like me, then this is THE place to go! You will be in exceptional hands, as everyone here will do their very best to look after you and to make sure you have a great experience. Thank you so much, Bupa Dental Care Reading Team!
