I messaged them with questions twice, they never replied.

For a place that charges private fees, they can't be bothered.

Very bad service. First of all, the clinic was open, but the board outside was showing that it was closed. Any organisation who care for their business doesn't do that. Then, when I talked to the receptionist and explained my requirement, he suggested me to go to GP instead of encouraging me to take the service from BUPA, even if I informed him beforehand that I wanted to avoid the long waiting time at GP and that was one of the key reason I visited their clinic. Not satisfied at all.
