Six months ago I underwent root canal treatment in your clinic. But today I went for an examination to another dentist and took an x-ray there. X-rays clearly show how poorly your dentist did his job. Lots of unfilled holes. The job was terribly done and I paid almost £1000 for it at your clinic. I demand a full refund for this. If you don't do this, I will be forced to contact the lawyers and take the case to court! Because of your negligence, I now need to have my root canals cleaned and treated again. And this is very expensive.

On Wed 04/11/20 I phoned to speak to the Physiotherapy Department to arrange Physio for a recently fractured clavicle.. I was put through and I waited approximately 10 minutes but my call was not answered. Staff on the switchboard tried to help but I was not able to speak to relevant staff. Switchboard staff did offer to take my details and Email the relevant department which I declined . This is a private health business and I expected more.

I came home from the Middle East with a foot infection
I was told after the operation that it had been heavily infected and wouldn’t have been operable if I’d delayed in approaching them.
Post op check ups were seamlessly smooth and the staff fantastic.
My thanks to all the staff involved.
