I came here for my annual health assessment provided by work. The venue is very clean and modern there are some refreshment and hot drinks provided.

When I arrived, the receptionist asked me to sit and wait in the waiting area. The nurse came pick me up. She greeted me and led me to the room.

I did a bunch of tests. I got my blood taken. I was asked to lay down on the bed. It was really quick and comfortable. The nurse was very gentle and comforting. While I was doing other tests she already got my blood test result ready. We went through the results and she asked me to wait outside a GP would see me.

It’s good experience here. I would recommend anyone who has the opportunity to take the health assessment.

Dr Naazi is a such a good dentist, she is very calm and reassuring for someone like me who is always nervous going to the dentist. She is very precise and meticulous in her work that she notices a 0.01mm difference in my crown she was fixing.

I have been receiving treatment with CW Bupa due to a foot injury for over a year now. The care has been the best from the beginning to this day.
Consultant Mr. Amir and Physio Therapist Mr. Hussam are amazing. They are knowledgeable , enthusiastic and caring.

One person I especially want to praise is Preet. She goes above and beyond to help you. She calls and asks how things are, knows and understands what to be done to make things work for you the best way possible.
I cannot thank enough to these people for being there when I need the most.

I’ve known Rohit for over five years, and he is truly an amazing practitioner. Over the years, he’s helped me through some significant challenges, including fixing my locked shoulder, neck pain, and locked knees. After a car accident, he guided me through recovery with incredible skill and care. Rohit’s approach is always honest, and he maintains open communication, which makes me feel confident in his treatment plans. I’ve recommended many family members and friends to him, and each one has had a great experience. I’ll definitely continue seeing him and can’t recommend his services highly enough!

I found Dr. Myrum Meltzer’s service to be extremely bad and unprofessional. He was my dentist for Invisalign. When I lost my upper retainer at a hotel, I asked for a replacement pair. However, he ordered the wrong one—I needed an upper retainer, but he ordered a lower one. It took me a couple of months to visit the dental office again because the hotel eventually found and mailed my original retainers back to me.

When the hotel mailed back my retainers, I was not urgently needing the replacement retainer that Dr. Myrum ordered. I picked up the newly ordered retainer last weekend and discovered it was the wrong one. He ordered a lower retainer instead of an upper one. Additionally, the lower retainer didn’t fit because I have fixed retainers at the back of my teeth. Dr. Myrum didn’t consider this when he placed the order. Moreover, he refused to admit his mistake and claimed that my initial request was incorrect, which wasn’t true since I knew exactly which retainer I needed.

Dr. Myrum kept insisting that he couldn’t have made a mistake and tried to place the blame on me, which was very rude. I requested he order the upper retainer, as I originally wanted, but he said I would need to pay for both the lower and upper retainers. Naturally, I refused. What was worse than that was he spelled my name wrong when I had the treatment and had my gender wrong - how ridiculous!! He couldn’t type my surname and did not care patients gender.

A star was given to the reception staff and the manager, I spoke to the manager at Bupa, who was friendly and helpful, and she promised to investigate. However, the whole process was very upsetting and time-consuming, especially having to handle it during work hours.

A visit to Naazi is completely unlike any visit to any other dentist. She is fun and lively and immediately puts you at ease (once you stop laughing). She then explains clearly and concisely everything and then gets to work. She is so quick and chatty throughout you can forget where you are and, before you know it, you are finished. Quick, painless, no fuss, no bother - just what you look for in a dentist. I used to be nervous about seeing the dentist but in the 12 years or so I have been seeing Naazi I have started to look forward to the appointments. She has done a fantastic job on my teeth over those years, ensuring I only have the right treatments at the right times.

A disappointing experience at Bupa Canary Wharf. A last-minute GP appointment was booked for an urgent health problem. Despite arriving just 5 minutes late due to an unexpected road closure (a fire - which I explained to the receptionist), treatment was refused.

The GP was still with the previous patient (and remained with them for another 7 minutes - 12 minutes past my appointment start time). The receptionist initially said they would check if the appointment could still go ahead - the GP declined. The lack of flexibility and poor communication was frustrating - as well as the fact that over the last two years the GPs have been late for almost every appointment I've had.

Emailed the manager and received a response that simply suggested the receptionists would "receive more training". Personally I'd recommend going elsewhere.

My Invisalign experience with Dr. Naazi has been fantastic. She was so understanding and accommodating throughout the process. And the results speak of how highly skilled she is.
