Bupa Dental Care is an amazing dental practice, I have had loads of treatment over the past 18 months and I cannot fault the team at all. Anita always makes me feel comfortable and she is confident in the treatment she is providing, making sure I'm informed at every stage throughout. When I did question my treatment, I was able to speak directly to the practice manager and to Anita via a phone call. This put my mind at ease and answered all my questions and worries. Kate and all the dental nurses are professional and caring through all my appointments and the front of house team are friendly and helpful.

Superb care and attention from our dentist and his nurse. I am currently with a crutch and was immediately offered a west whilst my children were seen to. They were treated appropriately and helpfully and, as always, the thoughtfulness in approach (especially when considering their orthodontic treatment elsewhere) was fantastic! The only slight flaw in our visit was admin based but the team on the desk were patient and polite and we hope it is resolved for next time.

I recently had an appointment with the NHS dentist (adults). I had a broken tooth and was fully expecting to lose it completely. I was delighted that instead it was repaired. I had my first visit to Bupa yesterday and found everyone to be friendly and welcoming. Not being the fan of the dentist it’s been many years since my last visit, but I was very impressed with Vas and Marianna. Vas was able to fix my filling there and then and explained what he was going to do which made me feel more at ease.

Anita and Kate are fantastic. I struggle with dental appointments, but they always put me at ease. Anita is kind and understanding, and always offers great advice, and Kate follows up with me to make sure I've understood everything that has been said at the appointment. Another great visit to Bupa today, all staff on reception were welcoming and very friendly. Vas and Marianna work well together. Vas explained what was happening with my braces and showed me images of what my treatment will look like in the end. As always 5 star service. Thank you!
