Always a warm and professional welcome from the reception team. They remember who you are and help to make you feel calm and at ease before your appointment.
Both hygienist and dentist are excellent, thorough questions and checks before physical checks/treatments occur. Always explain what they are going to do and make regular checks during the appointment to check you are okay. Actually enjoy visiting the dentist now! I would highly recommend. Thank you.

I broke a front tooth and Bupa dental practice at Cranbrook found me a slot very quickly, even though they were very busy. Mohammed did a brilliant job fixing it and colour matching it. The guy’s a genius.

I recently had a heart attack which the dentist knew about and have some serious pain in my teeth and was quoted £2317 by the surgery which is fine but they needed the hospital acceptance to go ahead with procedure and was told by the reception team they would get on that for me.

So I waited for 4 days and had no contact from the bupa dentist in Cranbrook so I decided to call them myself, I was put on hold by reception obviously clear now because they was trying to come up with a lie because they had not contacted the hospital so after waiting 5 mins I was then told they tried to contact hospital and could not get through so they decided to send a letter to the hospital which is utter nonsense and lies as no one would send a letter and when I said can you email them as I’m serious pain they refused and said we’ve sent a letter and that was it and the worse thing of it all I was asked can I contact the hospital! The reception team had no sympathy and then to lie aswell just put the cherry on the cake. Do not use this surgery and awful customer service by the reception team at bupa dental Cranbrook

The whole Team at Bupa Dental Cranbrook have hugely succeeded my expectations. My bridge was not repairable so I had to have a denture. I am thrilled with it, in fact it's so much better looking than the bridge and so comfortable. An excellent dentist. Thank you.

after the team on reception managed the get me an emergency appointment, i told Mohammed (the dentist) how nervous i was, both he and his assistant put me totally at ease, i had two teeth removed totally pain free, i can not recommend the team at Bupa Cranbrook enough, thank you everyone.
