The staff at Bupa Bishop Auckland are always very welcoming and professional. As a nervous patient I usually find dentist visits terrifying but not here. They do the best to make every visit calm and relaxing and get the job done! Louise, Alice and Tracey always have a smile when I walk in and do their best to keep me calm and positive before my treatments. Thank you

Andrew helped me over the last year when I was refused everywhere my mental health is a lot better andrew did everything to give me a smile back I'd reccomend andrew and his assistant I'm very grateful for all the help and support thank you I'd highly reccomend bupa in bishop auckland reception staff are very pleasant I love this this dentist practice a big thank you to all staff ?

Dentists are a daunting place but Bupa, Bishop Auckland is the total opposite

From initially been greeted by Louise and Alice on the front desk to sitting in the chair and being orally inspected ?by my dentist Danielle - everything is done with such calmness and ease

Great dental surgery, very professional, from reception desk, dentist to hygienist, Big Shout out to Mr Burgess (dentist) and Lucinder(hygienist) and Tracy (dental nurse) Lucinder gets a special mention for having the most beautiful smile on her face while causing you pain( scale and polish) but they're not the easiest things and she does a fantastic job so is forgiven for the discomfort ? well done to the whole team, would definitely recommend!

Always a wonderful service from all the staff here. Danielle is a fantastic time keeper, we have never had to wait past our appointment time and quite often get called in early! The reception team are very welcoming and always do their best to find appointments to suit. Lucinda is the most thorough hygienist I’ve ever used- would never go anywhere else! Highly recommended!

1st time at this dentist Danielle and Neeve are so lovely couldn’t asked for a better dentist if I tried tbh and the reception staff Louise and Alice made u feel welcome and explained everything and talked to you if u felt nervous best dentist around
