I can't wait to find a NEW surgery. Feeling incredibly neglected and disappointed with my experience. I was left without my repeat prescription for 5 days, suffering with severe withdrawals such as vomiting, extreme vertigo - where I had to crawl to get anywhere, confusion, and suicidal thoughts. I had ordered them a week in advance, and chased it up twice - before I finally got a phone call (after 4 days of not having them) to say my prescription had been signed, but STILL NOT available for collection. I became so desperate that I had to call 111 to get an emergency prescription (something that i was not made aware of through bungay medical practice, but through my own panicked research), and collect it from a local pharmacy. I am devastated at the lack of care I've been shown - especially when I WAS NEVER made aware that my particular medication has extreme withdrawal symptoms, that take affect so soon.

Quick and thorough from the online booking to the face to face appointment. Blood test results returned within 24 hours and appointments made to resolve. All the staff were really polite, friendly and very efficient. Excellent parking facilities.

After years of struggling with a surgery who seemed to have real problems with offering face to face health care Bungay Medical Centre is a breath of fresh air health care wise. Staff are all pleasant and being able to get prescriptions filled there makes it just about perfect. Only thing that would make it absolutely perfect was if the former small Boots shop was still open for purchase of non-prescription but recommended health-care items.

I cannot fault this practice at all, I try not to bother them unless I need to but I am always able to see a Nurse or Doctor when I do need to be seen.

Continuously unhelpful. If you want to collect your prescription in the morning don't get there before 8:30!

They may open at 8:00 but you'll be told off by the receptionist for pressing the bell after a nurse told you to press again. Every time I come here they are rude and childish. The doctors and nurses here have all been golden but ruined by rude receptionist!!!

I can't wait to move away purely so I can change my doctors surgery.

Having just moved to the area, I visited for the first time last week. The service was outstanding, the staff are just lovely and I cannot rate them highly enough. I only hoped I would find a surgery as good as our last but this exceeds my expectations. Keep up the fantastic work and thank you all for taking care of us xxxx

I have been waiting for my prescription since the 28th of February!! Called today and system once again down!!!!! 18years I have struggled with my legs! NHS put support tights on me. Two sizes too small in hospital after having an emergency c-section and stopped my blood circulation causing varicose veins so bad they burst!!!
