On answering my call of which I didn’t have to wait long. The Receptionist was very Helpful and Patient. I was happy to of been offered an Appointment.
I have had Appointments from a the Nurse Practitioner, Dr Berry and Dr Dixon. All of who were Patient, Caring and understanding and gave good advice on moving forward with my Medical Care. Thank you. Also the Pharmacist was Patient and showed good Confidentiality.
Overall I can highly recommend Bunbury Medical Practice. We are extremely Fortunate to have them covering these Rural Areas.

I am very grateful to the team at bunbury medical practice who because of their thoroughness in referring my son for an MRI picked up a relatively rare condition and ensured that we received prompt inward care. If they hadn’t done this it would have really impacted him. Excellent care and reflects other experiences I have had we are lucky to have this service.

Kathy has come into her own on reception whilst there have been staff illness, etc. I had US results disappear from Leighton. Kathy never gave up and eventually the hospital, after a few emails back and forth, found the correct paperwork and sent it across to the surgery. Thank you for not giving up Kathy, you're a credit to the syrgery.

Absolutely fantastic practice. The regular receptionist is a little gem (Christine) We have recently registered with the practice and have managed to be seen efficiently. Lovely telephone manner and cares about people. Thank you so much.

Attitude of staff is disgraceful. Turned up for an appointment and nobody in reception. The bell for 'ring for attention ' had been hidden by a display. We could hear lots of laughing and chatting whilst we were standing waiting. A woman shuffled past from one office go another and ignored us. Eventually another patient pointed out the bell, by this time, there were 4 people waiting because the self check on machine was broken. A sour faced olive oil looking woman finally came out and spoke to us like dirt as though we were putting her out being there.

Funny, my review is not showing... so I am back to write another. I would not put a dog in Bunbury Medical Practice. Terrible processes that lead to an awful service. Doctors changing all the time, incapable of diagnosing basic issues. I self diagnosed myself over the 6 years I was a patient there. It is a scandal and should be investigated.

Had a physio appointment with Ruth Court, she was very friendly and immediately found the source of my hip/back pain I'd been trying to get help with for a while. I've now got all the advice I need to hopefully make a full recovery in the near future. Thank you again for the help.
