I recently switched from Bedworth Health Centre, where I couldn't even get through on the phone (and was advised in a recorded message to ring 111*) to Bulkington Surgery and have already had a face to face consultation with a very helpful GP, and am now awaiting a telephone consultation.
The receptionists are approachable and friendly. It is a revelation!
* 111 is a brilliant service but extremely stretched due to some surgeries just not giving the service that they used to.

Moved to this surgery in July and it's the best thing I have done. The receptionists are helpful and the doctors are thorough, pleasant and call patients in on time. I never struggle to get an appointment either. Highly recommended.

Moved area and changed GP to Bulkington Surgery. Filled out my form early December but when I came to ordering my repeat prescription they had not got me down as a patient. The receptionist was very helpful but when I came to collect my prescription I was grilled by Dr Paul as to why I am on certain medication. Not the most welcoming of surgeries and you feel unwanted.

Some members of the reception team are helpful however there is others that are rude and unhelpful. I don't rate the doctors well at all I guess my standards are higher or expect too much in process of switching.
