Terrible! Rang in as child has lost hearing...has had bad cold so suspect linked but because I said they were not in pain offered ear check next week. This practice has gone downhill rapidly and I am not impressed.

Never had an issue with the surgery and till this last couple of months really gone down hill. Completely missing potential whooping cough on my little one and kept telling me it was just viral after 8 weeks or still suffering ending up in hospital. Different doctors saying completely different things to what she can and can’t have and not really knowing what’s going on absolutely useless.

Quite good GP compared to others, not really had any problems with physical health conditions.
I'd say they need to improve their mental health services as like a lot of GPs they're not really cut out at dealing with those who have these conditions.

This surgery has always looked after me exceptionally well, It is true to say but I would not be here now had they not identified a number of conditions that I have suffered from, Thanks to this , I now enjoy excellent health.

Although the GPs and dispensary staff are good the reception staff would do well working for border control denying that the practice manager is in the building when they are stood behind them. I tried to get a meeting with the practice manager for months but they never bothered to make contact back. When I did speak to the practice manager eventually they were rude and made stuff up on the spot that was untrue and they couldn't possibly know as they didn't work there at the time. They also called the police on me saying that I had been abusive even though I had another patient there as a witness that was happy to say I had been calm the whole time. Disgusting behaviour and not at all what you would expect from the NHS. I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Brilliant surgery, always get a response for any e-mails I need to send with any queries, same as phoning, such helpful staff and doctors, after moving here last year, I can't believe how excellent Bugbrooke are!!,

Amazing Practice. We have been patients for 30 years and the care that is shown to my whole family is beyond exceptional. Staff are efficient, friendly and go above and beyond to help. Yes phone system is frustrating but it’s still so much better and easier to get through than most other surgery’s in the area. The NHS is in crisis and all services are pushed to their max at the moment. Even though this is the case all of the Drs and staff pull together to give the best they can through tough times. A special thanks to Dr Hunt, Dr Boston and Dr Topliss for being there to support us in caring for my very poorly elderly father. Your help, patience and guidance is ever so much appreciated and always will be! (Sharon… massive thanks to you too!) 5 star ⭐️ from us and if we could give higher we would !!
