Amazing - I cannot believe this surgery gets anything other than 5*. I always get an appointment on the same day or within a few days. The staff are always polite and courteous and the medical attention I’ve received has always been first class. The and appointments are so quick. All of my colleagues in other surgeries have to wait weeks. This is a fantastic surgery. Thank you.

Absolutely awful. Reception were horrible and completely unwilling to help. 10 minutes late to my appointment and they just turned me away without even trying to see if they could fit me in. The next appointment they could offer was 2 months away. Ironically if I had been on time I could have been waiting up to 30 minutes in the waiting room.

Yesterday I was examined and assessed by an associate physician, who has the right to issue prescriptions, but they need to be signed off by a fully qualified doctor. It was at 11:30 AM. Until 16:20 my prescription was not sent to the pharmacy. After my call to surgery I was told that prescription will be signed the same day. Today at 10:00 AM it still wasn’t sent to pharmacy. During the night I experienced fever 39.6 C, extremely painful, sore throat, I was unable to drink and eat, my vocal cords are involved too. All this because somebody didn’t sign prescription for ANTIBIOTIC. As a doctor myself I cant’t imagine to leave really sick patient for 23 hours without essential medication. Few minutes ago I got a call that prescription was sent to pharmacy today at 10:29. Finally. And ridiculous.

I just rang through to reception and I spoke to Dawn ( I think this was her name) and she was brilliant!! Dawn sorted me out with a double appointment at a really convenient time and was really bubbly and lovely to deal with. I was really dreading ringing because I needed to book a few appointments and I didn't want to be a burden but Dawn didn't make me feel like that at all. Top service and I am really pleased with my Doctors today 🙂 x

Never had an issue getting an appointment, always been taken seriously by the doctors here too, which hasn't always been the case with other doctors. It's clean, well organised and run efficiently. Not much more you could ask for from a doctor's surgery!

The medical staff are fantastic, can’t knock them, and Dr Bonner is brilliant with my infant daughter (very patient, calming and caring).
Trying to get in front of the medical staff is the hard part. I’m sure it’s not the reception teams fault, just the procedures they are told to work to. Being sent to the pharmacy for a check up because the surgery can’t fit me in, for the pharmacy to refer me back to a doctor, for the surgery to then find an appointment a few hours later (wasted a full day trying to deal with this), and the only way to get an appointment is a telephone queue at 8am, if you aren’t lucky enough to get one you have to repeat the next day rather than actually book an appointment.
It’s a flawed system, very difficult to navigate the system if you are working.
I hope they manage to find a way of improving going forward, as with my first point, the medical staff are fantastic, need a better support system in place.
