Absolutely terrible surgery. My mother has waited 2 weeks for a blood form that was emailed to the g.p via the copd nurse. I had to ring for the reception team to chase it up and the reply I got was "oh sorry I've only just found it and it will be another couple of days to receive it. The reception team do not know what they are doing and this is not the first incident with this surgery. The wait time is terrible and I have even had to go into the surgery numerous times to chase up my mothers repeat prescriptions. Nothing ever seems to get resolved and if it does it's taking weeks. Very bad service and the problem is that they are taking on too many patients without the capacity to perform safe practices.

This is one of the worst clinics I've ever known. 2 years been trying to get a scan on my shoulder and you can't get an appointment to save your life. Pestering me for blood tests but can't get an appointment with an actual doctor. You'd think they could take blood from you but they want me to go far end of preston to another doctors to give blood for buckshaw surgery. So many bad reviews on here. Wish I'd stayed with Ryan med, 1oo% better.im looking for another doctors now, one who you can go in and see. Should be renamed to buckshaw village death centre coz that's the only time they will see you to certify your dead. Very angry with them.

Terrible, I’m really quite ill and the doctor said he would ring, waited 10
Hours, no call
Had to phone 111 who were brilliant .
Receptionists are curt and unhelpful
All the NHS reviews are brilliant as they refer to it as a Covid injection centre,
IT IS NOT, it is our local surgery and it’s awful, clearly just in it for the money

Absolutely terrible service! Rang at 8am to be 35 in a que. An hour later hanging on the phone the receptionist answered them promptly cut me off! Rang twice more to the same thing!!! Something needs to be done so angry!!

Terrible terrible service that has gone downhill year after year.... less doctors and less available appointments. Online appointments don’t exist and last 3 attempts to get an appointment I was informed there were none at all available even months in advance.... utter disgrace

Took stitches out that wasn’t meant to come out yet. Now I’ve got a big slash on my chest and just put wool and a dressing over it and told to come back in couple off days.
