In 2014 when my dad was not well with cancer, the careers done an amazing job looking after him. They came every day without fail and made him feel comfortable and listened too. The careers also helped offer my mum a lot of support through out the last few months of his life. They always went above and beyond for my dad in his darkest days. Thank you.

My personal experience is of, A very professional and caring company who always put the customer first. Giving me and my family excellent advice on how to assist with my fathers care. I fully recommend them as a Care Provider. 10/10.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
They allowed a member of their staff to use my 75 year old mothers debit card who has dementia, and allow them to take £80 out of an ATM and to go to Asda and pay for a £299 tv using her card a PIN number!
When I called the manger to advise them of the situation she advised me she would deal with it when I called back hours later for an update she told me the member of staff was still doing her round!!!

When I advised this was gross misconduct she should not be allowed to work until this was investigated.
I was told not to tell her how to do her job, and and that I was being rude and she would end the call.

I HAVE CALLED THE POLICE
