Very good experience here. As a nervous patient, let's be honest, who like going to the dentist? I was made to feel very at ease. Reception girls were fantastic and my dentist made me feel very comfortable, talking about what he was going to do and all my procedures.
I would personally recommend them.

I think it was OK but it was ridiculously quick. Each of my children was seen for no more than a minute!! Maybe this is the new way of doing things but it felt like a long journey for a very short appointment!

Fantastic visit today for a filling with my son who has sensory issues. My son got upset and worried, his dentist was so kind and reassuring taking the time to explain and talk through the procedure. I am extremely grateful for his kindness and patience today.

Experience of dentist practice, I was very pleased with except the reception. I found the reception staff were not overly confident in the information they provided. Also they did not let me know the cost of my dentistry today. Also it would be helpful if I knew how much money I had in my dentistry plan and how much I had spent. I would hope that 5 mins in the dentist chair did not cost me £60 plus. I hope this feedback helps staff and patients. More information from staff would be helpful as patients do not think of everything when they are at dentist as it is not always a pleasant visit.
