I’ve been going to this GP since May for ongoing back problems, but I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of care and attention. Despite multiple visits, my concerns have been consistently dismissed, and I’ve received no real solutions or follow-up. The doctor seemed disinterested and rushed during each appointment, offering no clear diagnosis or treatment options. I’ve left feeling unheard and worse off than before. It’s extremely disappointing to feel ignored when dealing with something as serious as chronic pain. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Their service is horrible … I have honestly not encountered such a rude situation. I just spoke to one of the people there this morning and instead of being patient with me … the person just hung up on me . What kind of service are you running … so if this is your online presence I can’t imagine how rude you will be in person . I won’t recommend this place for my worst enemy .

If I could I would give zero start .
Today I witnessed that both of the receptionists were making fun and comment for no reason patient when she was leaving .
In my situation, they weren't even better . When I was trying to make an appointment,  Receptionist asked me why I need appointment . So I did say I have got sharp pain in my stomach for about one year. He called, I believe , he talked with my doctor.  He said that now she needs a scan for her stomach . I felt so uncomfortable as they were not talking about me when I really needed help .

Bruce Grove surgery is not fit for purpose and is in dire need of improvements. This goes for two receptionist to two of the permanent GPs. The ratings given by the CQC where so many areas was highlighted for improvement back up the reviews that people have given this surgery. I was asked the other day how are they getting away with such poor service. I said that I think it's because the surgery is in an area where people are not going to raise their complaint at higher levels.
It's really sad because I have let health concerns go untreated because I couldn't face going to the surgery.

What makes this clinic unique is their receptionist who has a service area wide reputation of being lazy and difficult. I was asked by the gp to take a blood test at a nearby centre. When the appointment arrived, I was asked for paperwork by the nearby centre. I was told i can ask the GP’s receptionist to send it by email. On the phone to the receptionist, I was told I must book another appointment with the go for the paperwork. After arguing that I already had the appointment and I was told to take a blood test, I was then told they don’t email paperwork and I must come in and collect. When I informed the centre of this, they said ‘We’ve just got off the phone with them and they sent the paperwork for another patient so she’s lying. It’s more than likely she’s doing it out of laziness as it took almost 20 minutes for her to send it. Bruce Grove Primary is very well known for that…’

The worst GP I have ever encountered. Dr Chaudhry is rude does not listen to her patients, was unable to diagnose the H.pylori bacteria told me to take medecine out of the counter twice. I had to go to a private gp where they run proper analysis and treated me accordingly. Finally, when I told her that the last treatment did not work for another condition that I had she bullied me into taking a medecine I told her I didn’t want to but instead using a medecine that worked for me.
Don’t waste your time there I don’t know where they got qualified but they are highly incompetent. One star is already too much. Unfortunately only peuple who can’t afford private gp go there

I guess they felt bad about our last encounter so today i got a call from... wait for it... bruce grove health pharmacy! Anyone in the area heard of them? Me neitheir. So I asked the gentleman to state his identity. I asked if he called from my gp surgery he said no. He went on asking questions re my last prescriptions (change of medication) I said it did not happen since Dr Chowdhury suggested I should look for another GP... The consultation/conversation went on for 15 mn then I ealised this pharmacist has all my medical recent and past history. When I hung up I googled the number and... it belonged to Dr Chowdhury! I feel bad for 2 reasons:
1/They should have checked my profile and would have known from what I do for a living that I was never going to buy this;
2/How can a medical professional behave like this? I'm sure this behavior can fit into a sort of misdemeanor like misrepresentation of a medical profession.

I'm at loss for words about this situation! This was so wrong on so many levels.

They have no sense of morality or ethics, this is a new low, even for them! I hesitated before reporting them, now I am definitely reporting them, this was so wrong!

I been with this Gp for a couple of years but I regret every time I go there. Communication is the main problem there! The 2 lady ( Caribbean/African) receptionists are lacking customer service and got very poor manners! I don’t believe this is the right job for them! The male receptionist however is good! Legal standards are not met in the surgery!

I THOUGHT OF LEAVING THEM A FEW TIMES BUT STILL STAYED AROUND FOR A CHANGE BUT SINCE THERE IS NO CHANGE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL BE LEAVING FOR GOOD!

DO NOT COME TO REGRET!
