Fonta Nella the outdated coffee experience from Ellior....3:30 on a Friday and hospital full of visitors and staff closed off half the seating area and if this is food from Ellior the massive contract caterer they deserve to lose this site. Easy money and no idea is the best way to sum up this experience. #contractcaterer oh I won't take photo of the line of customers they are disappointing could be sooo much better...

This hospital is bright, modern and well organised. Sometimes its a while tp get a referralbut I habe had nothing less than excellent care there, with a particular shout out to the Orthotists in the surgical appliances department.

Parking isnt easy or cheap, and if you are able to walk I would advise this. I park up to a 20 min walk away and enjoy the walk!

Found the lego hospital today as well which was cool.

Hospital is very bright, and easy to navigate, parking is challenging at peak times, but overall great, and prices of parking are fab also!

Shocking treatment of my mum, some consultants should be ashamed of themselves. Basically she was left to die in hospital, the consultants knew this, but still insisted that mum worked with the physios to stand from bed and transfer to the chair, they knew she had a fractured spine and ribs from the cancer and yet they INSISTED she went through this everyday, with tears pouring down her cheeks. We trusted them, that they knew best!!! I do not believe that now๐Ÿ˜ก. They also told mum that she was going to die. Even after promises of chemo and radiotherapy!!! Which she never got. The look on her face will haunt me forever, whatever happened to your bedside manner. Itโ€™s disgraceful treatment!!!!!! Her funeral was 2 weeks ago, just before Christmas, as no ward doctor could be bothered to go and sign her paperwork, 2-3 times a day I rang the ward for 8 days pleading with them to go and sign, so that the funeral directors could go and collect her, on the 8th day I rang PALS , mums paperwork was signed on the same day!! Our hearts are shattered. She was 77, a wife, mum and grandmother, gone too soon. Bless mum, brave right to her last breathโค๏ธ

Had a fall today which resulted in a visit to A & E. After an X-Ray, the result was a double fracture in my foot. The service I received from start to finish was fantastic. Left my home at 3.30pm and got home just after 6pm. I could not fault them in any way.

I had a hand surgery and I was very well attended by everyone, starting from reception to Theatre 9, where doctor Sushrut took care of me with Paulo, Nancy, Federica and Lucastz. I want to thank all of them for taking care of me and being so professional.

If I could give this hospital less than 1 star I would. The "care" I got here was appalling and the things I saw and what I experienced as a patient in the hospital for several days are things I'll relay to PALs and our local MP. They're also things that have left me fearful of returning there. I wish I could say it's been better since I was discharged but this hospital has kept me waiting for results that could have helped me get well but 2 months later full blood tests haven't been sent to me and what I was told over the phone contradicts the small amount of info sent to my GP and imaging has been back with Broomfield for weeks but not given to me or my GP despite multiple calls and messages. I missed one call from them recently and that seems to be their excuse not to try again. I even begged them to leave a message and send results to my GP but no luck. I know hospitals are stretched thin but I lost sympathy when while I was in acute care I had to beg and demand help while multiple nurses stood around talking about documentaries that make them cry and mocking patients. They even made me hobble down the corridor in agony to get myself some water from a very dirty kitchen while I was suffering with pneumonia and had been dehydrated. I met one nurse, one junior doctor and the lady who brought patients food and they were the closest thing to caring and can't fault them. They were lovely. It's a shame they, and the patients, are surrounded by the rest of this mess and people who don't seem to care what happens to patients.
