Easy booking system, 1 minute wait for my appointment, free parking (for 1hr) right outside & an incredibly friendly, professional GP with all the advice I couldn't get from my normal doctors surgery. Came out of the clinic 10 mins later with a smile on my face. Highly recommend!

I went there a couple of days ago not knowing what the process of getting tested would be. I was met by a very friendly lady by the name of Jade, who explained everything and gave me different options with how it can be done.

She was very friendly and explained everything in a very simple manner that was easy to understand.

I hope whoever goes there meets Jade!!

Great location by the station. Parking available and disabled parking too. If the car park is full there's a multi story public car park opposite. Polite staff and prompt appointments carried out on time.

You're told to "sit down and wait" without reporting to reception. Turns out there's a VERY good reason why most places go to the trouble of checking you in via receptionist - to confirm your appointment and that you're in the right place at the right time and that you WILL be seen. Not the case here.

I understand, mistakes can happen, but this is a double flaw in the running of this system: appointments being sent out by letter rather than being agreed on (time & place & availability) and then compounded by not being checked in at reception upon arrival! Turned out my appointment letter indicated the wrong clinic, which I didn't find out until the waiting room had emptied of those who'd been there before me - big waste of time and petrol (clinic being 45 minutes away from home!), all for nothing. 🙁

First time I was referred there I was sat in the waiting room for 30mins before they told me that my appointment had been cancelled

Second time I was referred for a different issue -they booked appointment with me - then refused to honour that appointment.

Don’t expect to be seen on time or at all here. Complete waste of time.

I cant afford to but have been forced to go private.
