I would give a 0 star if I could, you cant even book an appointment over the phone , you have to go on an app to ‘ hopefully get an appointment on the day you want ‘ I have an on going medical problem which acquires medication as of when I need it, I am in mad pain & I’ve had to previously ring an out of hrs clinic for them to prescribe it
I’ve been refused to speak to a doctor for Even 4 minutes. Ur service is shocking. I can’t even remember the last time I was able to see my doctor &/ or without having to go mad on the phone number Hate I hate doing. So now I’m having to go without medication which I need & hopefully by luck get an appointment. Disgusting.

The worst GP practice I have come across as a solicitor.

Very negligent practice who fails to provide medical records in line with the GDPR by miles and seems to be unbothered by the fact that they are jeopardizing their registered patients civil matter.

They have multiple times mislead me by advising that these would be forth coming.

Strongly suggest not to sign up with this practice as It will cause you stress in the long run, due to their ignorance towards their clients and third parties.

-----> Going to start a formal complaint procedure next.

Most rude staff you could come across and leave you for months on end without your medication that you need and supposed to get monthly!! And very Arrogant especially the receptionists by far the worst doctors I’ve ever been to !! And takes you weeks to get an appointment and results etc !! And even when you ring up early in the morning apparently they are fully booked and very rude over the phone as well as in person!!!

Someone has gone on here and boosted star rating 3.5 star you are having a laugh, honestly the WORST DOCTORS SURGERY IN THE WORLD, THE DOCTORS ARE OK BUT ALL THE STAFF ARE SO ARROGANT AND PLAIN RUDE!!!
