I have been registered with this GP since I was 4 years old. I am now 25. This morning I rang up to book an appointment to be told that I was deregistered in 2012. Despite this, I know that I am still registered as I have had appointments in this practice twice in the last 3 years. I am beyond in disbelief how DOWNHILL this practice has gone. Not to mention how rude they are on the phone when you are trying to explain a situation that they are supposed to assist with.
I would not waste any time with this GP surgery. They are incompetent, rude, show no empathy and just want you off of the phone. I hope they sort there selves out. I am glad that I am no longer registered if this is how they are treating their patients who have been with them 20+ years. Would not recommend.

This practice is very bad. I was left 10 weeks very I'll not eaten in 3 months. Could not get apt. Ended up in A&E needed blood transfusion. Now need B12 injection rest of my life but even that I cant get booked apt.. I need one next week. Everytime I phone no one answers they phone. I can fully understand why A&E get so packed.

This doctor's surgery is absolutely appalling! They don't care about their patients well-being at all! They do their best for you not to see or speak to a doctor and it's extremely worrying. If I do finally see a doctor my symptoms have substantially worsened, I'm not being listened to, I'm being treated with spite or I'm being rushed! I feel neglected by them and it's having a detrimental effect on my mental health because nobody there seems to care ?

Can only speak for the little midwife bit, but love how easy appointments are made, friendly staff members. Never too busy and love the system they use. You don't need to sign in, you just go and take your seat in the waiting room, and on time the midwife or nurse comes and gets you. They've always seen me on my alloted time and I have never been held up (perfect as a pregnant lady needing to wee every two mins!)

I phoned the practice about a result in which something showed up on a scan which a receptionist said to me well its not urgent or important for a Dr to phone you bk my response was well it maybe not to you but I hve been in pain 4 months not 5 mins oh well we could book u in Thursday for a call. When did these receptionist think they are Dr's? And to tell me its not urgent or important I'm in agony and treatment is needed. And medicine needs to be changed.

The waiting time on phone is terrible I once went there while on the phone. Walked in to see chatting but letting phones ring. Yesterday I was told well we will get a locam doctor to call you back but not for a couple of hours. Very poor and useless operatives. Doctor fang back and told me to take dissolvable aspirin. I'm now in hospital. Pretty god damb good arnt they.

Though I had to wait almost 3 weeks for a blood test appointment, the lovely man in the treatment room - I think his name may be Nigel - really made my day. He was friendly, funny and made me feel very welcomed and at ease. He is a real asset to the team and clearly loves his job. Thank you Nigel 🙂
