Doctors are a bit hit & miss, depending on who you get. I have seen a couple recently who are good, but if you are a woman around 50 years old, they want to slap you on HRT & say 'job done'. Nothing else has been considered for almost 2 years in my case. I wanted Patient Access on my phone, so I loaded & set up the app. Was asked on the app for a code from the doctors surgery. Asked the surgery on 3 different occasions, but I was ALWAYS told I didn't need a code. I never got access to that app, so I was FORCED to link it to the NHS app (which I didn't want on my phone). So, I have been strong-armed into putting a second app on my phone by the doctors surgery. Am changing the star rating (was 3, but now I am annoyed again having to write a warning to others about the backdoor way patients are FORCED to load the NHS app, so am downgrading to 2 stars). The NHS forcing people to do things so they can check boxes or get better statistics makes me angry, and it is not a way to fix things. Are we not in a country where we pride ourselves on having a choice? Come on, guys, too many people let stuff go, so people think that nobody cares. Make a small effort, everybody, and things can improve. Am now downgrading again to 1 star. Took a proxy voting form in to reception to ask if the doctor could sign it for my autistic son so he can vote. The whitish blonde haired receptionist immediately suggested to me that I should have taken it to my dentist. She was most unpleasant, unhelpful, and short with me. She should look up the definition of receptionist.

I have been here for about 2 years now. I'm sad that I have to change to go somewhere else. The best gp I have ever had. From reception, doctors and nurses evely one is nice.
I can't imagine I have to look for a defrent gp since I had to change my adress.
I recommend them 100%
Evely I call for my child they made sure he is seen the same day.
I'm scared of where I'm gonna go ,as I have relly experience some holible gp at my past.

Was in the surgery with no 1 around and was scrolling through my tiktok while i was waiting and it wasn’t even that loud.abd the old lady at the reception rudely told me to turn the voice down .. am sure there no policy in place to look at ur phone while waiting …

I don’t use the services often, but my recent experience makes me feel as though I am the most important patient, and the experience genuinely resembles a private service. Cannot thank the doctors, nurses and receptionists enough for what they do for their patients. I’ve never once had a bad experience coming here. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Thank you for everything.

I used to think really highly of this practice but then when my dad got ill year and the doctors barely seeing him face to face,instead just increasing patches over the phone to finding out he had cancer which had already spread from his kidney to bones.the way the doctor delivered the news...il never forgive the lack of care why are telephone apps still in operation for those who are in extreme pain that even morphine isn't touching? Surely this should make the gp think there is something more than just back pain!!!

Went the other day to see a doctor regarding a headache and he requested a blood test. On the blood test day, they contacted me that the nurse called sick and the appointment is cancelled.
After few days, there are some blood results in my health journal and I have never done any test!! I called them twice and asked to remove these results from my journal because these are not my results and I don’t know whose results are these!
They have not removed the results from my journal after 15 days and I don’t think that they will!

I have been with this surgery for over 50 years and it is marvelous. Everyone is welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The receptionists are extremely helpful. I have always been seen promptly when I have needed a GP or Nurse. Keep doing what you are doing . 5 star staff.
