Had a thooth extraction, booked with the help of 111, and off the bat reception staff were rude. Although the dentist himself was lovely, the procedure was extremely painful, and its not supposed to be SO horrible.

Thay don’t even deserves 1 star, very bad services.
The receptionist needs some training to know how to behave with patient.
2 times I booked appointment over phone and once I go there they told no appointment was there ,I surprised!
In my life the worst experience I had in this medical center. Very rude staff

Terrible place. Unhelpful rude staff, useless conversations. You have to wait 1 hour on the phone, to go in a queue to actually queue on the phone. I suspect they do this to reduce their waiting times. Then after 2 hours of phone wait, they tell you: you can queue up before 8 am in front of the surgery to be seen as emergency, but we cant guarantee you will be! Or ring 111. I could have done that without waiting 2 hours thank you. They refuse to give appointments on the phone, even if it is actually your right, and try to push you to emergency services. If by a miracle you are seen, you are seen for 5 minutes, good luck if something is wrong with you, as you will be told to go to, yes you guessed it, A&E. A great example to the state NHS is in. But with bonus rude receptionists. Oh you have private insurance? Still out of luck, cos they dont issue referral letters, and if you chase them for two weeks, somehow the letters get lost, receptionist has no idea you ever asked for them, on and on it goes the incompetence.

What an amazing place needed emergency dental appt called at 8am offered an appt here at 10.45am receptionist was lovely saw the most amazing dentist and assistant tooth out pain free thank you

On holiday an insect bite became infected. A local pharmacy would have given antibiotics when Brookfields agreed. On phone for 1 hr then told I was 1st in queue and the line went blank. V frustrated.
Drove 2 hrs home to surgery arrived by 5.00. No one could
see me. Told to use Triage form on website but discovered that you can only fill this in between 8.00 am - 4.00 pm. Ended up ringing 111 and spending 3 hours at Urgent Treatment. Leg swelling further given antibiotics I could have started at 10.30 that morning if Brookfields had answered.

I always find the receptionists very helpful. Call backs are arranged promptly, as are appointments. Online repeat prescriptions are approved very quickly. I have never had any problems.

I had a appointment booked with the podiatrist this week. She (Nicola) was absolutely brilliant,I'm so glad she was covering at Brookfield's, as she was based in Huntington.
My feet are the best in year's and all the products she kindly recommend in detail to us have been purchased.

Been waiting for them to answer their phone for over 55 minutes. They took me off the text confirmation service without telling me, which led to me missing my last appointment. And getting a right ear full from the receptionist over it. Despite me saying that I need those texts as due to my mental health if I don't get them I will likely miss the appointment due to losing the paper I write it down on whilst having an episode. It's now been over 60 minutes, I've been waiting. This is unacceptable!
