Lovely experience at Silverstone branch today. Lisa, Tina and Jane were all good, polite and friendly. Lisa sorted out getting my husband and I the appointment we need.

The new system based appointment request system has worked well for me. The first benefit is you don't have to wait in a queue to speak to someone! Secondly, I know that everything I want to say about the reason I need an appointment will be seen by the doctor/nurse performing the triage. On the occassions I have used this system I have received a timely appointment. Definitely a step forward.

We partnered with Brook Health Centre 2017, continue to work together to the present. In that time we have got to know the team, practicing, back office and strategic functions; we see smiles when we're there in a supporting role, young children having a natter, putting smiles on the faces of older patients, its a welcoming place to be. Long may it continue to support its people.

Past experiences not always positive, but more recently things seem to have improved. I appreciate that the triage system doesn't work for everyone but during the last couple of months It has worked well for me. Some really special members of staff, Dr. Supple, Dr. Stevens, Lesley Driscoll, Nurse Kerrrie ( who managed to get blood from me, which NGH unable to do)and Teresa receptionist, whom I've witness staying calm under all circumstances .The NHS is on its knees so these members of staff definitely need to be commended for the work they do.Lets just hope I don't need to change my opinion .

Inefficient. Poor administration. Not willing to problem solve to assist patients. One person tells you one thing only for a colleague to contradict them. Used to be very good but have altered my review to reflect poor service over the last 6 months.
While I still wait for a prescription the be signed off, I've been elsewhere for a consultation, had a prescription written, collected said prescription, been taking it for 2 days and the brook still haven't managed to sign it and send it to the pharmacy next door. It's become a joke in our house. Our new benchmark for poor service.

Extremely rude receptionist working this morning that was very rude, unhelpful, and patronising. She needs to be taken away from a customer based role and re trained on how to speak to people professionally.

Can’t thank you enough for a super quick review of my daughter yesterday afternoon. She became quiet unwell over a few hours and developed a new rash with a fever. Her pictures were reviewed by the nurse who called me to discuss and prescription arranged. Super grateful

Was supposed to have received a telephone consultation today. Had my phone by my side and no phone call. When we rang to find out what’s happened we just get a recording saying they are shut for training. This is not the first time this has happened. I don’t do reviews usually but I find this is the worst doctors I’ve had. Things have got to change. I will be looking to make an official complaint.
