I had a minor surgery 2 weeks ago to remove a cyst at Brondesbury Medical Centre. Dr. R Ahmad and her assistant were very friendly, kind, helpful, and professional. She explained the procedure very clearly beforehand. The procedure went very smoothly and gave me the after care instructions. The wound is healing nicely.
Thank you.

DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS PRACTICE!! I'm currently writing this with a 4 day long-lasting very high fever feeling nauseous and dizzy but decided to wait and try to get an emergency appointment so i called this morning. The receptionist woman told me, after i described my symptoms, that "only if it's really urgent depending on the query so book an online form", I felt like my symptoms were severe seeing as how i could barely stand up without needing to faint. Anyways, I fill out the usual online form, waiting to hear back from the doctor and I hear nothing the whole day! I have to call reception multiple times and still heard nothing. Then reception tells me that for these symptoms (i am now coughing up blood) that i need to go the pharmacy and then maybe they can get me the antibiotics i need, they then send me a news article about pharmacy first which honestly made me cry in frustration.

It's absolute bs honestly, doctors who can't be bothered to see people who are in pain expecting some help and they receive nothing. I'm not the type to shout at the receptionists because it's not their fault it's the DOCTOR'S fault and whoever designed this very silly system of people being gaslit into thinking their symptoms aren't severe when they are. All i wanted was to be seen in person to get the correct diagnosis for my illness and then prescribed some antibiotics. But unfortunately Brondesbury Medical Centre has bozos working there...

I had to remove a cyst and I had an excellent experience at the Brondesbury Centre.
I had to change the day of the appointment twice and they were very kind and accommodating.
On the day, they were perfectly punctual.
Most importantly, the doctors were incredibly kind and informative.
I was nervous and they were fantastic.
Procedure was carried out in a professional manner and with just little pain from the injection to numb the area.
Highly recommended.
Thank you to the doctors and all the staff working there.

I called reception and was patiently helped by Marina to negotiate the online booking system even though she was busy, she went the extra mile to ensure I was seen asap! Once in the practice both Marina and Resha were kind and helpful with multiple requests. Thank you.

Reception staff need better training and need to listen to patients symptoms when deciding on the urgency for putting them on triage and not telling them, when they've sat in a queue on the phone, to then put the phone down and do an econsult instead! So unprofessional!
