I no longer try tonphone for appointment NO POINT. Recently, I had an asthma review with Sue, who was extremely rude and even admitted to being obnoxious towards me. She even said if I wanted to walk out, I could, and that is exactly what I did. Being in a professional environment, i held my tongue. Ever since this so-called review, I have felt.worthless and demeaned and like a told off school child by the head master ,even suicidal
Enter my head more and more each day as her remarks constantly play on my mind day after day
I would never put the NHS down, but from the moment I sat down, I may as well be sitting across an SS Officer

Haven’t met my GP for once in last 2 years! Called multiple times with GIT issues but no service! Disappointing

No way to get an appointment in advance, they only take same-day appointments, which you only get if you ring up at 8am and are lucky to be in the first callers to their surgery call line.. Completely unwilling to help when you are in an unusual situation. Considering how they don't seem to care at all about the health of their patients I don't think they should be allowed to call themselves doctors.

Went round doctors after email to go round. still no appointment's told doctor will ring me to diagnose problem, he must be telepathic to diagnose over phone.
Doctors still do care about patients.
Told to look for new doctor if i am not satified.

Sent me a message to go and get a flu jab but not going, only want to see you for there own purpose, do not want to see you other wise. very bad service.

Can never get an appointment. Haven’t actually “seen” a GP here in 3 years

Had a call on 08/01/2024 at 8am from receptionist saying about my review and asking what is the matter with me, and tells me that the surgery protacal is to ring up by 8.30am every morning and that she would get the doctor to ring me sometime today, even when I told her that I have had enough of this surgery and I am transferring to another surgery.
Had a call at 12pm from doctor at brompton surgery asking me why i rang the surgery, I told her that it was her receptionist that rang me and said that she would get the doctor to ring me, I told the doctor that i was changing surgery but she prosisted to say she was still me doctor and would like to see me that day at 3.15pm to see about aranging for referals to hospital but i told her not to bother as I am changing to another doctor and it is too late to start careing after receiving a bad review.

This surgery is still working under covid 19 rules and do not care about patients that can not get to call at 8.30am in the morning.

Very bad experience in every aspect, especially when booking telephone call appointment it’s very difficult to get through. If you get through after long time then receptionist refused to take instead they said it’s fully booked today not only once but many occasions unable to get appointment and painful wait or gave up. When re-prescription for medication they always change full for less medication. This is not once but several times I paid full charges for less medication which is not free!
This gp needs to review the standards of everything otherwise people will get more suffer than support.

I have been a patient at Brompton medical Centre for over 30 years. after recently visiting to the nurse for a routine blood test, tried five times to take blood .didn’t wear gloves didn’t use a clean needle for the other arm, coughed in my face, wiggling the needle around in my arm. tried to blame me saying I must be wearing perfume which I wasn’t. After this still wanted to try and extract blood, . I have worked in care for over 20 years and I have a nursing diploma so I’m fully aware that you need to be hydrated .went to MCH got blood out first time. The nurse is unprofessional and doesn’t seem to have a clue what she’s doing . I will never be go there again to have bloods test done. I am not one for complaining about people. Everyone makes mistakes but this is negligence

Impossible to get an appointment, used to use an e-consult service but have now discontinued, not willing to work with you if you have difficulties with ringing at half 8 with no hold system so it's just appointment lottery. If you use this GP you are just gambling with your health. I feel they need a review.

Receptionists are polite. Parking can be bad. Doctors are useless! Took me 4 years of complaining about the same problem to be referred even after seeing emergency doctors who said i need my gp to refer me and still the doctor said no, only to have the procedure 4 years later!! Having the same problems again with being told by 111 doctors that i need to be referred, spoke to doctor today, for him to say "just because another doctor told you that you need to be referred, doesnt mean you have to" i said i wanted to be referred (as i was getting no other help or reason as to why i was in pain constantly) and he just cut me iff and replied rudely, "fine im not going too argue with you, if thats what you want, il do it" didnt look at me didnt say anything! I just left, saying have a nice day and he just ignored me. Rude rude rude. Dont be a doctor if you dont want to help people! Everytime i go, i leave feeling helpless, like they dont believe or care. I would say that most the doctors i see have no clue or just dont care, giving out antibiotics like they are sweets, not taking you seriously, saying "just take ibropofen" for every problem. And do not care for the well being of their patients!! This doctors has been under review in the past, and i think it should be shut down! Changing doctors immediately,
