I'm autistic & have to be honest back in 2019 I never got any help from Bromley well for finding me a job, causing me to have depression. not to mention the communication email is frustratingly bad & I feel like they didn't care

This is why I am having a hard time trusting with any charity including from Bromley mencap and Bromley well.

if you're autistic person looking for a job & need support I would not recommend them at all.

Sadly an abysmal service. Infact have felt they have added to the problems not helped. Helped fill in form for attendance allowance, but then shocked to find we were turned down. Didn't seem to understand the parameters Pension Credit set at all. Then kept calling us, and then when we tried to respond, never picked up the phone or responded to voicemails.

Awful. Should not be considered a service. They’re just robots on email. Google provides more information and compassion. Total waste of tax payers money. All they do is fob you off with publicly available phone numbers. They don’t provide any support at all. I practically begged for help. They. Don’t. Care.

Absolutely useless service with incompetent staff and inefficient resources. A complete waste of time. I'm still trying to figure out, what they actually do.
