My wife was admitted to CCC on Monday 08 September. It was a very traumatic time for her and the family. Everyone from the catering staff, cleaners, nursing staff and doctors where amazing with nothing to much trouble no matter what time of day.Special mention must go to Doctor Bar the registrar, he was clear, precise and explained a very complicated subject in a way we could understand. He also answered our many questions happily even though he is obviously exceptionally busy. No time in hospital is enjoyable but the staff on the ward made every effort to make us as comfortable and informed as possible Thank you.

Relatively good value, choice and freshness.
What I loved was the response from the waitress to my request for a large espresso with hot milk ; " We only do one size esspresso;do you want a double"! Priceless?

The staff are amazing, attentive, kind and professional. From the surgeons to the porters and cleaners. Everyone I've met during my stay has supported me physically and mentally. Whatever they're paid, it is not enough. As a society, we should financially reward people based on the how much worse life would be if they weren't there. The NHS is underfunded, understaffed and underpaid. Bless em' all !

It is a charming place. The architecture and the way how old is merged with new buildings, let you forget why you had to come here. Staff is lovely (well, there always will be one or two exceptions). Recomend to pay attention on the way, to whatever doctor you need to see, as you may find hidden gems. All the roads, wards and buildings have greate signposting so you can't get lost! (unless you don't speak English then even Google map will be confused). There is also a courtesy bus that will take you where you need to go, so don't worry. If you need to come here, you will be well looked after.

Had an appointment with the Podiatry team on Tuesday 22nd July at 9am the lady I saw was excellent and we even shared the same surname 😆 she has offered me a resolution for the issue I have with my right foot, took some impressions and I’m back in 6 wks for some custom made insoles to put in my shoes to improve my gait, appointment was at 09:00 sorted and on my way by 09:30 very happy & impressed with Broadgreen Podiatry services “well done guys” oh and reception staff where fabulous too 😘

This is a well-designed and well-equipped hospital complex. The hospital is the main location for the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust's elective general, urological and orthopaedic surgery, diagnosis and treatment, together with specialist rehabilitation, and it apperars to have an abundance of features which ensure that it is a very secure facility as regards ingress and egress. The location is ideal, and can comfortably be visited using public transportation.
