I cannot put into words how much my Dr Aina has done for me—she is truly everything one could ever hope for in a doctor and more. From the very first appointment, she treated me with such compassion, warmth, and understanding that I felt immediately at ease. She has always been incredibly patient with me, taking the time to listen, not just as a doctor but as someone who genuinely cares, almost like a sister. She has been a constant source of support through my most difficult times, especially in helping me cope with and heal from depression. Her advice, encouragement, and empathy have been life-changing for me. Because of her, I’ve not only found a path to healing, but also rediscovered hope and the will to live fully again. She made me feel seen supported in ways that are rare to find, and for that, I will always be deeply grateful. I only wish all GPs could be like her—someone who truly goes above and beyond for their patients, treating them not just as cases but as people. She is an extraordinary doctor and an incredible human being, and truly a lifesaver. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for me.

I have found the doctors very compassionate and take the time to listen, which you rarely find these days! Doctors remember you which is great and makes life a lot easier when dealing with my health condition! Receptionist do a hard job and they always deal with politely with me and explain reasons behind something.

Recently had a couple of appointments at Broad Lane surgery and couldn't be happier with how I was treated.
Saw a doctor (Dr Dahbi) on Friday, did blood test at Kington hospital walk in on Monday and then got a call with the results from the same doctor on Wednesday. The media may give you a different impression of the NHS, but I can only go on my experience and it was excellent care from Broad Lane Surgery.

Have been for various appointments at this surgery, and the Dr's have always been amazing and helpful. Particularly, Dr Sapna Gulati.

The only star I took is for the person usually answering the phone after 3pm. I have spoken to her more than once and every single time she cuts us half sentence, makes suggestions of what we might need and then promptly say she is not medically trained that this is just what she thinks and that I need to talk to a Dr (which I understand I do). Not empathic or friendly at all.

Having a doctor prepared to open the surgery at 7am so he can fast track two tests for analysis before I leave the UK for 3 months in a few weeks tells me that my local GP surgery definitely has their patients welfare and needs as a number one priority
