I went to Amy with daily pain in my sacroiliac joint (somewhere deep in my hip) that had been bothering me for two years. Within a couple of sessions of mixed treatments including acupuncture, massage and manipulation I am pain free most of the time and am continuing treatment with her to help strengthen the muscles around the affected area which should give me long term relief. I would say Amy is a magician but actually this would be ignoring her dedication and knowledge of her field. Her holistic approach to my treatment makes me confident that there will be a long-term solution to my problematic hip. I would recommend Amy 100%. Her treatment room is pretty lovely too !

Over the past year Amy has been working with me using massage, stretching and acupuncture techniques to deal with various physical challenges caused by my tree surgery work.

My friend recommended Amy to me as I was having shoulder problems that wouldn’t shift, which were interfering with my work and with playing golf. Amy listened carefully and asked good questions for context before exploring the physical problem. She then used a mix of acupuncture, manipulation and massage to improve my situation, before guiding me through a set of follow up exercises that I have used successfully to strengthen the shoulder and connected bits and keep the problem at bay. I could not recommend Amy more highly. She is skilful, experienced and kind, and put me immediately at my ease.
