My son had nail surgery and went to get dressing changed. When he came out he needed to buy dressings but he was there waiting for 30 minutes or more and no one arrived. I phoned also and got no answer. If there is only one receptionist. She shouldn't leave her area unattended. She can have her lunch in the other room incase someone needs attention

I've been attending the MSK clinic and the Dr. is fantastic and very patient. Cannot say the same for reception staff. It's a nightmare trying to get through on the phone and when you do, they are not very helpful, I think they need training in people skills!
