Rubbish Gp in brierley the Receptionist are very rude and unprofessional they act as they are doctors over the phone, u always have to chase them up for your repeat medications AVOID this GP at all cost.

Absolutely abysmal. They tell you to call at 8 once the practice is open and then say no appointments, and no doctor call back. This was for a 1 year old who’s symptoms was quite concerning. unacceptable. Receptionist said “How old is she” 1 “No sorry no appointments” Yes there’s Covid but there’s also genuine cases that need to be seen by a doctor. Wrote this on behalf of someone, poor service. Safe to say they’ve had to go to iHeart absolute Jobs worth this doctors.

Truly horrific - you cannot even make an appointment to see a doctor regarding follow up after a consultation without having to go through the stupid triage form and take 2 days to do it.

Every time attendee within the last 2 years I've been at least 20 minutes late being seen from my actual appointment time. I fully understand that people are busy but me leaving work early to make my appointments to then be messed around and just sat around waiting is obsurd. Poor service.

5 Stars* I am satisfied for a few years I am a patient of GP Brierley from this clinic I was referred to the hospital there I had an operation and an Asthma specialist, the staff is helpful sometimes there are minor problems but they want to help the patient and it is a professional approach to health problems.
