I have had cause to use this facility for various reasons for the last few years, for family members aswell as myself. I have always been very satisfied with the services; I am currently using the Audiology department and the level of service is excellent. The car parking however is a 'joke' - no fault of the centre itself.

I have mixed reviews about this place because the car park is a bit too small, the temperature as you enter is like walking into a rainforest and it hard to negotiate what part of the building you need to visit but the professional, courteous and well equipped the staff on the cardiology department was excellent. The girl I initially met as soon as I entered the building was polite had a smile and was patient with my needs due to my ill heath and being further ill with a cold on the day. The digital analyst technicians (the small lady with the glasses and the tall guy who she spoke to for a second opinion) where more then professional they went above and beyond to ensure that I was as ease and fully aware that I needed to be seen by a specialist at the hospital the following day. They made me feel like they were bothered about my situation and they ensured I knew what to do to get the ball rolling to get the relevant specialist to look at the issues they had identified from the scan. Thank you all and keep up the good work (shame about the car park and heating, but hay ho you can't have everything perfect there should always be room for improvement)!

I have made several calls to this centre within opening hours to be told we cannot take your call right now ring back later , my husband: Mr. William Law is waiting to hear about a doctors referral to have his hearing aids fitted,. I have twice enquired at the doctor’s surgery and they say they have sent the referral to you, when are we going to hear about it ?

I have used this Health Centre a number of times for a number of different services. There are so many services available here. The car park is at the rear with a disabled entrance in the front and the back of the building. There is a pharmacy and a cafe. The centre is exceptionally clean, there are a number of floors with lifts and stairs available, the lifts have a folding chair inside which is helpful. The staff are helpful. Even though there are so many different services here it never seems to be crowded or busy. All of the different departments and floors are labelled clearly. I would reccomend this centre to anyone who needs it.

I visited audiology here. I have to say the service was first class. My GP had sent me to two other places for hearing aids but neither of these met my expectations. In each case they tried to fob me off with cheap out of date equipment. I was very fortunate to be tested and helped by a brilliant young audiologist. I regret that I'm not certain of her name, possible, Nadia or Nargis, Ii'm not sutr, her help, skill and attention to detail was plain Brilliant and I cannot thank her enough. A 111 out of 10 experience if ever there was one. Gold standard all round.

Please train your staff on how to answer a phone. I have tried for over 2 weeks to get someone other than the American voice answer the phone saying you are open between such a time and such a time, all calls made within these times !!!!! Lunch hour, after work, before work. I finally called in to be met with attitude and told the service I need is no longer dealt with there but at The Greens, Dudley. I rang The Greens, Dudley. They at least answered their phone!!!!! It isn't The Green, Dudley that I need. It's Brook, next to The Green.
