Having been referred by NHS emergency services to this practice, I was extremely wary due to the ratings. I had to have two teeth removed. One broken off at the gum and the one next to it, with an abscess.
My fears were unfounded. The dentist (Andrew) and the dental nurse (Angela), were fantastic.
I was quickly put at ease (I have a phobia of dentists due to past experiences) and the process was explained in detail.
Throughout, I was reassured, updated and unlike other dentists I've visited, he managed to get both teeth out, without hardly any problems. They were both friendly, professional and for the first time in many decades, I couldn't praise them enough to my family. If you are lucky enough to get this duo, you will be in good hands.

My 5 month old child isn't well. I manage to get an out of hours appoint to see the doctor. 5.25pm. Traffic in Brierfield was horrendous, and it took us an age to find the place. Google describes it as 'Brierfield Medical Centre' and the number it gave me was none existent. When I finally found the place it's actually called 'Brierfield Health Centre'. The lighting on the sign is ridiculous. What kind of doctors allow for a sign that isn't even lit up in the dark. When we arrived we were 10 minutes late due to the traffic and the poorly lit sign. We finally get inside to be told 'the doctor waited a bit but she's gone now. Try ringing 111 after half past 6.' Thanks for the advice, but try not to look so smug next time. It's really nice of the doctor to wait 10 whole minutes before deciding a 5 month old isn't worth waiting any longer. Will now avoid the place like the plague. Also, the picture on Google is of houses. Bravo.

Everything's too much bother for them. If you get an appointment, you have the bizarre experience of sitting in a deserted waiting room listening to the staff re-buffing any request with "No appointment ring back later". They "lost" 4 repeats this year

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Whenever u ring them they don’t have any appointments. Staff the most useless and unhelpful Iv ever come across with real disrespectful attitude towards people. No idea how this is running one of the worst surgeries ever

Can never get an appointment when you want one and the GPs don't care. Have to wait 20 minutes after your appointment time to be seen and then all they do is sit there and Google what's wrong with you. Well I could have saved time and effort and Googled it myself!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. The receptionist are so obnoxious it's ridiculous. Spend 20 minutes trying to get through to then be told there's no appointments and I should've rang earlier this was at 8am though 😂

Really poor customer service not good at all they gave me an appointment 6 months ago and they keep canceling my appointment and their excuse is the doctor is never there really bad service I would say to look somewhere else not here always canceling and still waiting but I guess they don't want to do their job

This doctors surgery is the worst practice I have came across in 52 year's of been on the planet. Do not register with them if you wish to have good healthcare. Doctors here are the WORST!!!!!!!
