Always a brilliant service, staff are always helpful, and understanding. Have used them a couple of times and can’t fault the level of care and service. We need to look after it, it’s a valuable service, especially as you can’t get appt at the GP.

Picked up a burn injury at work in the Bridport area and this was the closest place to go, absolutely brilliant staff, so quick and very understanding

Made an appointment via NHS online form, nurse rang within an hour to confirm time. I got to hospital was seen in 15 minutes and 2 xrays taken within the same hour. Results back 5 minutes later. I was even taken and helped into the passenger seat of my car. Kind, caring staff all round in the minor injuries unit today. Thank you!

I'd like to say how much I appreciated the staff today, from the person who took my call, asking if they could see me in the Minor Injuries Unit, the receptionist directing me to right place, and the nurse who saw me and removed a stitch from a previous operation. Thank you all very much.

The level of service provided by the Bridport Minor Injuries unit is exceptional. The staff are friendly and yet professional.
The only shame is that local opticians who were unable to help were unaware that that Bridport Minor injuries can perform eye assessments. Seen quickly and referred on to Dorchester with a same day appointment. Don’t yet know the outcome but the level of service has been superb.

Thank you so so much for your brilliant, kind and caring service that acted as swiftly as possible to diagnose and prescribe needed meds. If I'd've waited for a Dr appt (& too unwell to get to A&E) I'd've got much worse & cost the NHS more, let alone work. The NHS (& social care) is vital & staff need decent recognition, pay and care themselves.
