No response to my online order! I bought some cream from this pharmacy online on 10.10.24. The money left my account the next day, but from then until now (15.11.24) I have NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS, nor received any message from them, nor a confirmation of the sale, nor a response to the two emails I've subsequently sent to them via their own website complaining about their service. I was wondering if it was just an on-line scam, but they do seem to have a shop in Bridlington at the given address. Awful shopping experience! Still waiting for my goods or a refund, over one month later!

Have used this Pharmacy a couple of times and always found them to be helpful and able to provide advice and products which have worked and thus avoided any further need for further medical intervention. Great for minor ailments.

I always have to wait,even if I have rung earlier to check that my prescription is ready. Often one or two items are missing,often they spend long minutes in the back trying to find my prescription, I say I will call back and still when I do it takes ages yet again to find it. I do hope they can improve their service to the community as I know that is far from me alone who has exactly the same problem.

I Visited this pharmacy this morning to collect my medication. The man ( whom I assume was the pharmacist ) was unprofessional and rude to the customer he was serving. He kept saying “ go to boots chemist” even though I believe that I was stood in a pharmacy at the time. The customer was clearly embarrassed and was saying that she is currently on holiday in bridlington and just wanted to have her medication dispensed. I have never seen anything like it. I will definitely not use this pharmacy again. I will get my prescription sent to boots as that seems to be a “real “ pharmacy as spoken by the staff themselves. Shame on them.

Called into this damp smelling pharmacy this morning. I am currently on holiday in bridlington and needed to get my prescription filled. The little man who I initially thought of as a customer due to him lurking by the till and not being At all bothered by the queue waiting, was as it turned out to be the pharmacist. He mannerisms was very defensive and he treated my prescription as if i was a criminal. I might have understood if this was a class A drug but it was only for Hrt! He was very unhelpful, unprofessional and a embarrassment to his profession. I would not recommend and I would never darken that business again!

Well it seems that the pharmacy has plenty of time to answer reviews on social media but cannot be bothered to serve their customers.
Yes, you did say that you had no Hrt in stock and when I asked you could you order it in you again was dismissive and unhelpful telling me to go to boots the chemist.
This is why I gave you a one star review. I would like to give you zero. If anyone is thinking of going to this “pharmacy” I would highly recommend not to and save yourself the trouble and just go to boots chemist instead.

This pharmacy should not be allowed to open. Had problems with them a while ago with prescriptions and unhelpful staff. Booked in with them for covid booster, turned up for my appointment to be told we are not doing them today,you will have to rebook. No attempt had been made to let me know. I was hoping their service had improved over the last couple of years but it has got worse, avoid this business

Usually really good. But had problems when there phone line was down and i had a missing item. Couldn't fine anything any were if they'd closed there was a faulty line nothing. Customers need updating please
