Had an ultrasound scan for my pelvis. Was done diligently and nothing I can complain about with the actual procedure but when I asked if anything was showing I was told 'no nothing' and 'there is nothing there, all healthy'. Yet when I spoke to my own GP today there were lots of worrying abnormalities. Please don't do this. If there is stuff there and you don't want to tell someone then just say 'wait for your GP'. Otherwise it's a huge huge shock after thinking all was ok.

My fiance had an appointment at the General surgery clinic today, was told to report to Outpatients department. They logged him in at reception, and was told to wait in Outpatients till somebody came. A care assistant came and told us to follow her, and went round to wait near doctor. Doctor called him in, and asked what can I do you for today. The doctor had no idea why he was there. Andy didn't know why he was there either, he was expecting a consultation regarding his hip operation, well it wasn't for that. He just ended up having his blood taken.

We got back home and rung our surgery, he was meant to have the camera up his back passage. Well don't you think the hospital should have known.

Bad service I think. Would not recommend it.

I just wanted to say a huge big thank for all your help, not sure what the name of the nurse was but she was in dark blue and really nice. I had an eye infection which had kept me up most of the night, I git to the hospital early and was seen by a nurse who took my blood pressure and details and then I saw the nurse forgive I don't know your name. I explained what had been happening and how my GP had told me to see an option and they in turn had told me to go to A&E, my eye was getting much worse. I was examined and given a prescription to pick up from the chemist. A huge big thank you, you do a great job.
