Never use this company, if I could give 0 stars I would.
This is no care company, they were asked to care for my grandma after she came out of hospital and back to her home.
Multiple carers man handled her in a way that was disgusting and disrespectful causing pain and being abusive.
I know this as we had cameras in the property but never viewed them out of dignity until we knew there was something wrong.
Ome carer whilst changing and caring if that's what you call it sprayed my gran with air freshener in an intimate area whilst another stole from a bed bound 80 odd year old woman.
This is just 2 incidents and there were many more.
Again save your loved ones dignity and keep them safe because I wish I had sooner, everyone reads horror story's regarding elderly care but never thought it would happen until you live through the guilt every day.

This company have been fabulous in looking after my dad in his own home.
Nothing is too much trouble and they treat him as one of the family. My dad had a number of other care companies but I have too say they were not a patch on Bridging the Gap. He has gone into care now as he needs 24 hour care, If he gets stronger and able to go home we will not hesitate in going back to BTG. Special thanks go to Atif.

Staff walked out after being asked to complete tasks covered in job description.

Left washing in the machine that I’m unable to transport to the dryer and piles of half wet clothes from the dryer on the kitchen table (not sure what I’m supposed to do with those)
