After experiencing considerable pain in my wrist for a long period of time I visited Gareth on a recommendation. He immediately diagnosed the issue as ligament strain and began weekly treatment of stretching / ultrasound therapy. Gareth also gave me advice for how I could aid healing whilst at home, recommending exercises and other tips and tricks.

After five sessions my wrist is now virtually healed and feeling much, much better.

As an individual I found Gareth very friendly and welcoming and thoroughly enjoyed a chat about the footy!

Highly recommend! I was diagnosed with a ruptured ACL in my right knee while on a skiing holiday. Gareth managed to squeeze me in the day after I got back from holiday. Using his expertise he was been able to explain my injury and put my mind to rest with what my options for treatment where. With his recommended exercise routine and ultrasound therapy, my knee pain has massively decreased while my range of movement/weight-baring has much improved. I can't thank him enough!

I have been treated by Gareth in the past with very good results. I have had a problem with my foot for sometime and have had various treatment without success. I went to see Gareth and after two appointments i cannot believe the improvement in my joint and the pain has reduced so much. I am carrying on with the exercises recommended by Gareth.

Diagnosed my shoulder injury that had not got any better in 4 months of rest. started a course of simple light resistance band exercise and suggested movements to do in the swimming pool whilst I was on holiday. Improvements happened in a couple of weeks, 2 months later I have virtually no pain and im back riding my bike!
