Bridgehouse is a great surgery and Dr Brothers (especially) is wonderfully responsive and very caring. She has been our family doctor for years, looking after 3 generations (my elderly parents and children) and always does the best to help with the resources she has. We wouldn’t be able to do without her!

I have been a patient for over 10 years at this surgery, and cannot recommend Dr Brothers enough. Dr Brothers is extremely professional and experienced doctor. Who really cares and listens to her patients.

My family and I have been with this practice for many years now. We've always found the medical and reception staff to be very helpful, supportive and professional - in particular, Drs Brothers, Ellacott, Mannistre and the gentleman who works on reception. I want to thank the male receptionist for his support and help yesterday for my husband who arrived at the surgery in a panic. He is recovering from a stroke and finds it difficult to communicate. I had been out shopping and returned home much later than expected. During this time, my husband panicked and didn't know what to do so went to the surgery. The gentleman receptionist was so helpful, supportive and patient with my husband, going beyond the call of duty. Many thanks again.

I've just switched to Bridge House and initial impressions are very positive. The eConsult form resulted in a call being booked in quickly, and Dr Ellacott was very helpful in setting up an appropriate referral as quickly as possible.

It'a becoming difficult to speak to a doctor. (Most appointment are over the phone)
The medical triage before hand is tough, got hang-up a few times (they're not all as bad but a few of the receptionists are not nice). Shame cause they have good doctors.

I made two medical appointments and they never attended to me, I called and called and they told me that the doctor would contact me but he never did, the worst GP I have been to in all of London, terrible administration and terrible doctors too. I have had to change GP because they never attended to me, the worst thing is that they need to change all the staff there.
