I’ve been using Dr Dhaliwal as my dentist for a few years now. He’s been brilliant with my teeth and he’s such a nice chap. I’ve had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past so it’s great to find a trustworthy and friendly dentist. I recently took my 3 year old to him for her first dental check and he was great with kids too.

I used to really like Bridge Dental but I feel that this is practice has gone downhill, particularly if you are an NHS patient - you get the feeling you are unwanted. I was recently moved to a different dentist who was rushed, unpleasant and made me feel very ashamed and did not explain anything to me or listen to what I said. The (private) hygienist appointment that followed was inconsistent and I have been left anxious and confused. I sought to provide feedback to the surgery in the hope that they may try to rectify things by providing some reassurance/explanation, but I was simply sent a very generic email reply very quickly after I sent it - they clearly hadn't looked into it at all. Poor customer service. I had considered moving to private treatment there, but I have lost trust in them.

Do not trust these dentists. Greedy private dentists who ignore minor concerns (or cut costs) until they get worse so that they can then charge you more to rectify. Unfriendly staff. Huge amounts of unnecessary form filling each visit with repetive questions. And don't respond properly when concerns raised.

I was refer to different dental practice by Bridge Dental Practice for check up the and take my wisdom tooth out. I was told that its my bottom left tooth that need taking out.
When i went to dental spa solution they said they were advised by Bridge Dental Practice to take top right tooth. I asked them to check as I may got confused. They checked all my teeth and said that the top left wisdom tooth is The best tooth I have and nothing Wrong with that tooth. I was lucky and sent back without taking the good tooth out and they are going to check with Bridget dental practice.
I will make note front of them next time i visit Bridge Dental Practice as they have already take The payment.

I've been here twice in this last 6 months. Reception are so lovely and extremely helpful. I've seen 2 different dentists, both were patient and thorough. And really good at following up. So far I'm very impressed and would definitely recommend this practice.

Recently moved in the area and I was so pleased that we managed to get registered and quick appointments. The staff at reception, Mrs Nuttal and Dr Mathroo have been brilliant as well as their assistants. Cannot fault the service so far... Highly recommend

Thank you miss Saleem! You are a life saver. Best dentist ever! Got booked in as an emergency appointment and she gave me the works. Miss saleem tried to refer me for 3 extractions and I couldn’t wait for 14 weeks for personal reasons. She was understanding and very caring about my situation. Too my surprise She looked at her dairy and booked me in 3 days after my appointment and did three extractions no problem at all. Made me feel comfortable and very relaxed. Receptionists we’re friendly and polite too and all involved in my treatment were very professional. Thank you bridge and thank you miss saleem!
