Awful service. So bad. My 91 years old Dad spent a week and a half in hospital due to there negligence of his ulcer foot. Brent Health Matters kept promising to send a District Nurse to dress my Dad's foot to stop the infection from spreading and every time no one turned up. It resulted with my Dad spending a week and a half in hospital with the worrying reality that his foot might need to be amputated.Thankfully it did not come to that and a plan was made by the hospital and Brent health matters to attend to his foot dressing between 2-3 times a week. A whole week has pasted and desperate us calling a d be promised they will come out we've heard nothing. The one call I did receive the lady seemed to laugh when I asked her if the nurses was coming out today! I'm exhausted and it very clear that the council will rather my 91 dad suffer in pain then help. They're a total disgrace. I wish leave no stars

District nurse service seems to have a big problem with understaffing at the moment. Patients suffer when district nurses can’t attend, and they are unable to get to GP or can’t wait for hours to be seen at urgent care. Can they not use agency staff

Trying to get hold of adult mental health care /social worker for my nephew for 2 days, calls not getting through, no answer on her Phone spoken to Mesh for them to get hold of her has a emergency no reply he's in desperate need of help with 2 counts of GBH and 1x strangulation on Fri 13/01/22 and on the 6th Jan 22 suicidal threat police and ambulance called Still waiting completely useless, service needs investigation asap taking tax payers money for no service ..
