Very easy company to book with and they kept in touch prior to the course. Pre-course information covered everything needed. There was a small incident necessitating a trip to A&E but my daughter was able to keep me update throughout (it was appropriate for her to keep me updated due to her age) and I felt she was in very safe hands. Course staff did also contact me following the incident, again, this was appropriate for her age. My daughter had the most amazing time completing her Gold DofE and enjoyed all the activities. I would highly recommend the courses at Brenscombe Outdoor Centre.

Took 52 players and parents here on a U13s rugby tour last weekend. Great location.Very pretty, but not near anywhere, so the kids could let off steam, run round and chuck a ball about in the next door field without disrupting anyone. Also knew no one was going to sneak off site! ? We had different buildings/dorms/rooms so we could allocate ladies and snorers their own space, and everyone had showers and toilets nearby. Warm too! We held a fantastic barbecue in the outside kitchen (so cover overhead but open at the sides) which worked really well as Brenscombe provided the food, but we cooked it, and then we retired to a large social room that the team had put aside for us with a log burner. The team was very helpful and there was a lovely lady who came and did us a cooked breakfast Sunday morning which went down REALLY well. Sam in the office was also very patient fielding my hundreds of questions in the lead up to the tour! Would highly recommend for a sports tour, school trip, or just a large family gathering if you can’t quite face camping in the British weather.

My son went on a school residential trip at Brenscombe Outdoor Centre recently. He had the best residential trip he's ever had and as a wheelchair user in a mainstream school that's pretty special and unusual. The staff at Brenscombe were exceptional in every way. Great thought and preparation went into our visit. We had careful and timely discussions before we came to stay and as a result everything went perfectly. The accommodation was thoughtfully adapted to our needs and we were able to access everything we needed on site. The food was plentiful and very nice and all the on site staff were friendly and kind. The activity staff were brilliant in every way - they truly cared and wanted my son to have an experience that matched that of his friends - and he did. He was able to do every single activity planned for his stay and the attention to detail and safety for him and everyone was exceptional. The staff were fun and cool with the kids and respectful and responsive to the adult guests. I can highly recommend this activity centre and wish them all the very best - they have a great team and make the most of their stunning location with creative and imaginative activities for all.

Had a lovely time staying in the dairy bunkhouse. Perfect for an active break with extended family!
There are 2x rooms with bunk beds; a room with a small kitchen area with a good sized fridge freezer, table that can be extended to fit 8 (picnic tables outside, though!) and a couple of sofas as well as a fireplace (didn't try it out, as it was August!). There is an inside toilet, with a private shower block (2× showers and 1x larger loo) just round the corner.
It is a half hour walk into Corfe (with a v good bakery) just over the hill, with good access to other footpaths and a brilliant view of the castle. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back another time!

I stayed with a group of 10 in The Farm House. The accommodation was exactly what we expected and wanted! Very clean on arrival, and lots of room in the kitchen and living room for our group. We also loved using the green space on the property to hang out.

We also booked onto the Sea Cliff Climbing which was at Dancing Ledge (very picturesque location!). Our instructors, Laura and Ewan, were great fun and very good teachers, this made for a really enjoyable session that I would recommend to anyone!

Everyone in my group enjoyed the weekend and we've all talked about returning for another visit soon - thank you!
