Visited today with a mate for a day session. I was really pleased with the wide variety of equipment. Some of the highlights for me included two nice Life Fitness flat benches, the Hoist smith machine, Hoist preacher curl, my favourite was perhaps the old school Gym80 chest press, what a great bit of kit. It is evident that the owner(s) has spent a lot of time handpicking the best equipment to do the job.

The gym is clean including facilities such as the toilets, and they have made very good use out of the space, tons of great equipment but very laid out with plenty of space to walk around comfortably without bumping into things.

A couple of very small tips for improvement, a space for changing rooms and a bag storage area and/or would be great (they may have had these somewhere so I may have not checked properly) and the unrack for the Cybex smith machine needs sorting as it doesn't lock.

Overall, a fantastic, friendly and motivating place to train and highly reccomended, just £7.50 for a day pass and a good monthly price for a top notch independent gym 👍

What a place they've put together here! The effort & continued improvements since opening is mind blowing, stop in an see for yourselves. Their customer service is second to none, a welcoming environment to all. Always clean & tidy, packed full of quality machines for all types of workouts.

This gym is welcoming to all, offering no frills, no fuss training for anyone who wants to improve their fitness.

Great selection of equipment . Lovely space to do your workout in . Very friendly helpful staff . Having been a member of various gyms for over 30 years this is my favourite one . I would definitely recommend you join .

Payed a visit to this establishment last week, which is very nice they had some good equipment, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. If you want to goin a gym, pay these guys a visit.

At least by measure of the ownership and staff, this is the best gym around. The expertise and equipment for unpretentious regulars, with the hands-on friendliness for newcomers.
