I couldn't be more than happier with the service I've had from manor injuries both my boys have been in there couple of times from head injurys at school! To high temps And everytime I've not waited more than 2 hours for them to be seen to even when it has been busy and they have been so nice and polite sorted them out there and then, I do think they are quicker to see children than adults as I've been there myself for a possible fractured foot, but children in my eyes are more important depending on the issue, or even the elderly depending on the problem they will prioritise I think people are just too impatient these days and don't understand the NHS as very under staffed these people work hard and late! to help us and we need to respect that they can only go as fast as they can, doctors on the other hand is a different story you got to get on that phone before 8am to get an appointment but again if it's for a child or elderly person you'll get an appointment as soon as my advice is don't tell the receptionist your problem it's personal I got fobbed off once for pain and they booked me for an appointment then rang me back booked me in for physio not what I needed!! I have 4 children I'm more than active and suffered with arthritis when I was younger I already when through all that I knew what needed to do daily pain relief but they wouldn't of known that because there not the doctor who have all your notes Infront of them, finally got a appointment with the doctor after calling them and told them it's personal got an appointment there and then receptionist are not doctors! And now I have to have a blood test to check for arthritis again That's my only beef with the doctors I have thought about leaving them but it's the doctor I like to see they are good been I have been at bransholme health centre most my life wouldn't like to go anywhere else.

DONT GO TO CITY HEALTH PRACTICE BRANSHOLME!! My partner is getting tested for cancer and the receptionist seems to think she is fit to tell him he’s fine and can go a hole month without seeing a doctor as his case isn’t “urgent” in her words, after asking if she has looked at the notes on system she seems to think she doesn’t need to? would not recommend going there purely because of the receptionist the nurses are lovely and the doctors are great but getting an appointment past their bull dog of a receptionist is ridiculous 2 day in a row of calling bang on 8 o’clock and by ten past apparently all the appointments have gone but then she follows straight up with he’s been offered an appointment in a months time, I don’t believe all the appointments had gone in that time she is just being a miserable controls freak.

Avoid this GP practice!!! Terrible service at this so called health centre! , my dad has being trying to get a appointment for a month with no joy ! Never mind the nurse stating that the doctor needs to see you , what good does that do when the doctor is only there two days a week ! Will be putting a complaint in to the ombudsman then changing practices.

Waiting hours, they should prioritise children before adults or teenagers. More injured babys and children around 4 years old whilst adults are getting seen. Everyone is moving at a snails pace like it's not even an emergency.

It was busy with just over 4 hour wait, but I was assessed, had an xray and given treatment in that time after going in with an injured foot. There's only tea/coffee and snacks available for a few hours, so I would suggest you pop into the shopping centre to buy food while you wait. You are given an idea of the wait time when you go in. Once you get assessed, you can go outside to wait a while before going back in as it can get crowded. There is a tv which plays a children's video in a loop to help keep them amused, but they do get seen as a priority over adults and usually get seen and treated within the hour. Considering how many people were waiting, it was remarkably quiet unlike the hospital A&E waiting areas. All the staff were considerate and polite. A volunteer was keeping the waiting area clean, tidy and the chairs wiped after every use to help ensure no germs/dirt or grime was left for the next person to touch. I was impressed with the whole experience and a much better place to go with a minor injury than the Hull Royal Hospital.

From the outside, Bransholme health center appears to be a well-maintained and accessible healthcare center. The location is convenient and easy to find, with clear and visible signage that includes the name and logo of the center. The building itself looks clean and well-maintained, without any visible signs of wear and tear.

There appears to be adequate parking space available near the healthcare center, with clear directions and markings for parking. The surrounding area is a mix of residential and commercial buildings, and it seems relatively quiet.

Overall, from an outsider's perspective, Bransholme health center appears to be a well-kept and accessible healthcare center. While I cannot comment on the quality of care provided within, the appearance of the center is reassuring and may help patients feel more at ease during their visit.
