My partner was very recently diagnosed with a serious condition and sadly I can find nothing positive to say about this practice. Initially they refused access to ANY appointments with the reason given that my partner was initially treated at A&E. After receiving a diagnosis via an A&E consultant and being referred back to the GP. The earliest appointment offered was via telephone in a month's time! Request for an urgent prescription not actioned resulting in my partner needing to get an emergency prescription via 111. At an already extremely stressful time this surgery has only added to our stresses when they should be a part of my partners on going treatment. I have also experienced ongoing issues with access to appointments at this practice and the most communication I receive is updates on how often the surgery is closed completely.

I have found the Partnership first class in all aspects. All staff, be it admin, nursing or doctors are very helpful, understanding and professional in their work. Be polite and use the Web to make contact, provide the relevant information and you will quickly receive a response.
My personal experience over the past year where I had a serious condition, was referred by Dr Townsend and after many tests and being seen by Consultants at various local hospitals received a diagnosis and treatment plan. All done in 5 months. I continue to receive a first class service and are eternally grateful to all in the Hart Partnership. Thank you one and all.

Request for a fit note is an impossible task. Applied by econsult Monday 27/1. On the 29/1 received text from Dr saying I had to self certificate for 7 days which I had. Phoned surgery on 29/1 confirming dates receptionist informed they would phone to confirm never received call. Called again 30/1 explained again and told to reissue econsult. I explained why should I have too I'm not well and after already explained the day before and also explained my company is asking me to produce a sick note causing unnecessary stress.
Now been informed that the Dr on Saturday 1/02/2025 will complete sick note. (We shall see).
I worked for 6 doctors in the 90's and we could complete a sick note by hand and have it signed by the appropriate Dr or duty Dr within hours and inform patient. I'm at lost for words why it takes 6 days or more to do a simple task and add salt to the wound no contact. Suggestion: Perhaps make it one of the your many training days. 'How to reduce timescale in issuing Fit Notes' to reduce unnecessary stress to unwell patient'
There is obviously a problem with the process as this is not the first time this has happened, hence now highlighting!

Three days now I’ve been trying to order my repeat prescriptions of sertraline and amlodipine. My mental health has been made worse and my blood pressure is sky high - thank you for your wonderful service.

Honestly I've had the best care at this GP.
Dr Ahmed was who I've seen and seriously he is compassionate and thorough.
He show genuine concern for his patients well being and listen to their concern.
The staff members are also helpful here.
I say big thank you to all at Branksome health centre.

Genuinely the worst GP surgery I have ever been a patient at. The Doctors regularly lie about having attempted to contact you at allotted appointment times. The reception staff are rude and fob you off to a website which you fill your details into and then never hear back from. You cannot get an appointment. They are actively failing their patients.

Does not deserve any stars. Years ago my blood test was not picked up that I has polycythemia. When symptoms got worse I had another test. If only the first test had been picked up I would not have suffered terrible symptoms. Polycythemia is a type of blood cancer.

Very poor service for patients. More chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment. The only service they seem to be able to deliver is approving repeat presescriptions. No idea how the Care Quality Commission rated them 'good' in 2017. Worst practice Ive ever come across. Doctors more interested in playing golf than working for the NHS. Please take my advice and register elsewhere!
