Michelle and the team have been amazing. My husband had a major stroke and I am his full time carer and work full time so things can be challenging and time is always at a premium. They have been supportive, kind and always answer the phone! We have had many changes of medication and Michelle has worked tirelessly to liaise with the GP, organise the dosette boxes and ensure they reach us in time. The gentleman who delivers is a delight and always makes me smile. Thank you for such an amazing service, you have helped enormously with an area I was most concerned about due to the large amounts of medication at different times in the day and always put my mind at ease when I call. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
After a terrible experience with Boots I was recommended the Brand Russell Pharmacy by my GP. I received excellent customer service and sound advice about my up coming trips. It is good to know places like this still exist. If you are looking for vaccinations and travel advice don't waste your time anywhere else come and see these guys over in East Barnet. Very impressed ;0)

I can honestly say that visiting Brian at the Travel clinic has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience on each and every occasion. I hate needles, but I genuinely look forward to visiting the clinic! Brian is a kind and caring man who takes the time to explain everything you need to consider before embarking on your travels. The environment is relaxed, but professional and I have never felt pressured into buying anything. Each visit, I have been given all the relevant information I could possibly need and been allowed to decide for myself, in my own time how to proceed. I am about to set off on a year long trip around the world and after my last round of jabs, I felt sad not to have a reason to come back into the clinic. All of the other staff at the pharmacy are lovely and helpful too. This is the place to go for a friendly, fair and enjoyable service! Thank you!

We have just experienced such excellent treatment at the clinic. Having planned a trip to China, we were told by our GP that they no longer operate a travel service. Panic! They recommended the Barnet Travel Clinic. Having checked out a few travel clinics, we found the Barnet one to be competitively priced and so decided to go locally. Boy, are we glad we did! Brian Isaacs, who runs the clinic, has an amazing knowledge and he used it to give very realistic and expert advice. He examined our itinerary thoroughly and, based on this, helped us arrive at a decision about which vaccines we should have. No sales pressure: just sound advice. It is reassuring to find someone who is so customer-focused and who so obviously enjoys what he does -in fact he is passionate about it. He is backed up by a very pleasant & efficient team of people in the pharmacy. So the whole process became interesting & enjoyable, rather than a chore. Furthermore, he doesn't hurt you when he sticks in the needle!

l tried to book a chickenpox vaccine for my child. CDC Guidelines and Barnet travel clinics own website clearly state that this vaccine can be administered ON THE SAME DAY or 4 WEEKS APART from the MMR vaccine. However I was refused an appointment either 4 weeks before or on the same day. The pharmacist did not know they guidelines clearly, and despite me pointing to CDC.GOV website and the pharmacy’s own website which clearly states the policy, 2 reception staff felt it acceptable to very rudely and persistently dish out incorrect medical advice (that it is not safe to do it on the same day or 4 weeks before). They also suggested that I have no medical knowledge, when in fact I am a doctor. I feel very sad for patients who cannot stand up for themselves. I have now booked at superdrug where the pharmacist knew immediately that there is no problem getting it on the same day or 4 weeks before. Therefore I no longer have confidence in this pharmacist’s knowledge or ability to look up guidelines before making decisions. Also his staff were rude, instead of being apologetic they had a frustrating “computer says no” attitude. When I pointed out that you cannot just make up your own medical guidelines I was told to go elsewhere and hung up on, this was completely unprofessional.

What a genuinely pleasant experience! Who knew getting travel vaccinations could be so easy and enjoyable. Brian and his travel team provide you with detailed knowledge and demonstrate a world of experience to answer any questions, they provide you with what you need to get on your way and to have a safe trip. I can highly recommend this Travel Clinic to anyone. I would also like to add that Brian himself is an exceptional person; kind, friendly and extremely experienced.
