Absolutely disgusting practice.
Great uncle over 80 years old not willing to send a doctor to the house as he is not “house bound” has a wife who is an invalid. Told he can have a call back but will not been seen! Absolutely horrible receptionist. If you looking for real duty of care go to a different doctors!!!!!

Impossible to get an appointment even when it is urgent. Told to go to A&E to get a sick note. Sent away from A&E for wasting time and back to GP. Rang 111 told to go back to GP. Receptionists say there are no doctors for a month. I'm in danger of losing my job because I am now having to go into work as no sick note and am unfit for work. If an accident happens at work due to Brampton Medical Practice failing to provide me with a sick note, then they will be to blame. Disgusting that hard working people unable to get a sick note. Ring up every morning at 8am as requested and no appointments for 3 weeks. Told to pay for a private doctor. I don't have the money. Thank you for not helping a very sick person. Blood on hands.

My experience with this practice has been calling for an appointment, being told after a lengthy wait on hold that I can't have one, and then being sent to NHS 111. Most recently this happened and 111 said I needed an acute appointment within the next 6 hours as my symptoms were concerning. I ended up at a local hospital. Staff there told me that Brampton Medical Practice seems to be in crisis, unable to manage its patients and unable to sort out the problem. I was advised to switch to a different surgery and have done so. I had thought the NHS was just under such strain that all practices are like this now. They aren't. Brampton is for some reason especially bad. I thought it might be helpful for other patients to know that, as it was helpful for me.

I must say all staff are friendly and understanding
I'm one of the lucky ones I guess as not really a problem getting an appointment as happy to see anyone who can help
All doctors and nurses are friendly and understanding and you can talk to them and don't try and blind you with science. They appreciate you are human and not robot
If the numbers are not what the books on bloods etc say they should be they give you a gentle prod in the right direction not say "YOU MUST" do better.

I’m a terminal cancer patient with complex medical needs I don’t believe my condition (s) are taken seriously I can’t get an appointment for oncology blood tests or to see a Dr when I’m unwell & could be life threatening always an issue with repeat prescriptions if I could I would seriously register at a different practice but unfortunately my postcode doesn’t fall into any other catchment area

Absolutely terrible experience, can someone please let me know how you get an appointment within a few days of calling this practice, i have tried for 3 weeks to get one and it seems impossible, it feels that you have to book an appointment in anticipation of being ill and in need of seeing a doctor. To even get a call from a doctor now you have to divulge your symptoms to the receptionist , where is the confidentiality which should exist between you and your doctor?
I was told previously to book online as this is the best place to book an appointment,guess what no appointments available, contact your gp practice for help only to be offered an appointment in 4 weeks time.
Reviews on the web site are years old.I can't be the only person who is having problems booking appointments especially when you talk to people in brampton. All very frustrating!!!!
